My friend and I went here last Friday and I sincerely regret it. They charge $42 for a lb of snow crab, so I asked if I could do a half lb and they said no—which was fine except it doesn’t come with ANYTHING..potatoes are $2 for 1 tiny potato! Corn is like $3.50. And the seafood itself tasted like it had been freezer burned and not properly defrosted. My snow crab had crab eggs all over it and the sauce tasted like salty hickory smoked bbq sauce and wasn’t properly mixed in with the butter, because it was separated. To top it off, the staff appeared to be high schoolers..need I say more??I will— they were playing around, flirting with each other, throwing stuff. Now I remember when I was their age and when I waited tables, so I cut them slack but we were waiting and waiting for our bill.We won’t be going back.

There seafood is way over priced for the service and just the environment. It looked dirty in there, I ordered headless shrimp and the waiter acted like he was completely on board with what I ordered. Next thing I know every single shrimp had the head on and wasn’t devained disgusting ?. Not only that, I’m not sure how they are cooking the shrimp or where it’s from but peeling the shell off of the shrimp was so difficult to do. It was as if the shell adhered itself to the skin of the shrimp. Never had that experience at a seafood boil place. And it’s ran by a bunch of kids. As a black person myself, can I expect amazing customer service and customer care from black servers?!

The worst customer service ever they don’t greet you when you walk in they’ll take forever to seat you and when you finally get seated you they’ll take for ever to take your order we ended up not even eating there due to the customer service being so terrible they wasn’t about to get my money I guess good customer service is starting to be a thing of the past

A fast casual restaurant specializing in Cajun style seafood. The menu is actually a bit more extensive than some of the other restaurants in this category. The food itself was rather flavorful and they provided an ample amount for the price. On the flip side the prices due to inflation are a bit high, they charge $1 per pair if you want gloves- which is wild. They come in a box of 500 for $10-$15. They also appeared very understaffed for a restaurant of this size.Drinks were flat but the waitress easily remedied this by providing a different choice. There was mess that was left uncleaned and the hand sink near the restroom is a nice touch but had food specs all over it and the soap dispenser was broken.Management needs to spend time there and get it together. They charge $50 for one lobster tail- they can afford to adequately pay & train staff and keep the place clean.

One of the worst meal I’ve had this year!! I ordered the Fish n chips since I was on a lunch break. And the fish was cooked and left so dry that it was like cardboard. The customer service was another issue. A bunch of youngsters worried about their personal life than the customers. Not once did they check on our table or any table while we was there. My worst experience on a Saturday lunch break by far this year!!

1st I’ll say the host was really good. I went on Mothers Day for a quick mid day meal ( it wasn’t crowded). After waiting to 20mins for the waitress/ waiter. We asked a staff for two glasses of water… shortly after the waitresses arrives to the table, we placed our order, food arrived HOT and she never returned to check on us AT ALL or refill water or to ensure the order was correct. The food needed more sauce.. anyhow we had to ask her for the check… $47 for SNOW CRAB is crazy. anyhow, we waited to pay to the bill so long we assumed we had to pay in the front. We asked the waitress “ do we pay at the front ,” she reply’s “ yes, sorry.” As a proceeds to walk to the front another staff member said “ oh!! You can pay right here.” BUT she acted as if we were going to walk out the restaurant…felt profile-ish. But whatever .. the service was trash , food was okay .

Food was not warm enough. We were overcharged and had to have Bill adjusted. Crabs were not fresh. Fried fish was a frozen food product that was deep fried. No Cajun flavor on the fish.

Alright so I've been here twice, once like 4 years ago and last night. The food is hands down amazing!!! The SPICY KICKIN SAUCE IS EVERYTHING!!! BUT I can't give it 5 stars due to the service. The servers won't attend you unless you call them and we went at the time it was slow they were not busy and had a full staff and our server was nice and she did bring what we asked for me but she didn't check in on us unless we called for her. Let me tell you something else although service isn't great, it's beats looking for parking amd dealing with traffic going to "Boiling Crab" in Ktown. The prices are actually really good in comparison you can spend 100 dollars and enjoy a really good meal! I would recommend take out IF you're okay with having the fishy scent in your home.

Expensive... Fried oysters were grease balls. Couldn't eat them$18.00 for 8 I think...... Fish squares were good. Great customer service, clean.

Food was good. Pricing is horrendous they are basically stealing from you.$3.50 each tiny potato (minimum of 3x)$3.95 each slice of corn (minimum of 2x)$5.25 each thumb sized slice of sausage (minimum or 6x)I was insulted when I got home and opened my bag. How do you stay in business? I can't imagine you ever having repeat customers.
