poor customer service. sad flavors. no parking. they only take cash. you could probably find better frozen yogurt in the trash.

Love this place! Im from out of town and make it a point to visit here a couple times each trip. I like getting a few different flavors of frozen yogurt and then packing it with cookie dough and brownie. Its not very clear how much toppings cost or if any are included. I feel like ive been overcharged a couple times, the staff is not very friendly. Parking can be kinda tricky, they have a lot but its small and shared. There is a side street with meters. Cash only!

Terrible experience. Sugar free options are good but should not be marketed as weight loss strategies or how to stay slim. The staff is so pretentious and extremely rude/snobby.

The thing that sets this place apart from any other froyo in LA is the vegan cookie dough you can add as a topping. I think there are more cookie dough flavor options than yogurt—seriously.I live in silver lake and it was worth the 40 min (each way) drive.

Don’t go to this place if you’re looking for vegan / non-dairy frozen yogurt. Only one flavor (coffee) and it was very watered down and actually expensive for what it is. Lady who served me was rude as well. Spend your money elsewhere.

After cutting through the hype this is really just an average frozen yogurt shop. Vanilla custard was good and I had topping of chocolate chip cookie dough and birthday cake. Cookie dough was fine but the birthday cake had an odd rosewater flavor. Would I go back? If I was in the area perhaps but otherwise no.

It really saddens me that this delicious yogurt is not the star of this establishment, instead the rude mannerisms of their employees outshine the yogurt. In this day and age customer service is important for a business to thrive. I hope the lady who yelled about telling me I ordered yellow custard not classic feels good about herself.

Yogurt flavors for dairy free are never that great and they always seem to have 5 versions of chocolate just with diff names at the end. That being said still a fun place to go lots of toppings and the staff is super friendly

Never understood the big hype about this yogurt. Can't compare with the Greek yogurt even on a bad day.( of the greek). The service is rude, horrible attitude. When asked for a different topping( didn't like the coconut flakes) was responded rudly . And when asked for the manager ivone her name- was given the same answer. Foe a few cents topping flakes!! Threw away the yogurt. Will never come back. Or recommend.

I learned about this place from some crazy celebrity hating on it for no reason. Great job on giving this place the free advertisement. Awesome sugar free options!
