Racist or Careless ?Went last Saturday with my family was there about 30 minutes before closing and I feel so dissatisfied with the customer service and food !!! So many complaints not sure where to start. The line was long for no reason when we get to the front we are told there is no chicken but one which is chipotle ! Why not tell the entire line or have someone at the door to tell everyone. So we aren’t wasting our time !!! We didn’t get bread with our meal when it’s included !!! We didn’t get drinks that we bought and had to wait almost until closing for them to bring us both ! My poor daughters mouth was hot from the only chicken they had and she has a food allergy so she couldn’t get any other meat !!!not to mention the chicken was dried out possibly due to the cook refusing to make food an hr before they closed. I am appalled, I seen other people get the correct order and even checked on . Is it due to our African American skin ? I truly hope not ! Can’t think of any other reason . Unfortunate I really loved tender greens . I never felt so disrespected
Went to Tender Greens in Century City. Ordered salmon plate w salad. The most horrific restaurant experience. Salad/lettuce not washed and had sand in it!! Salmon was so small size of 3x3! They hire staff with no experience and management does not exist.I don’t know why this place is still in existence.But then again this is Los Angeles with majority dummies.
The food was AMAZING ! But can we talk about the hospitality? THANK YOU so much Josué ! For going above and beyond taking care of me and my children we'll definitely will be coming back .
Was just there recently and a young man named Josue helped me out. He was great and made my experience way better. I really appreciate service like this. Will be back soon!

My friend and me had so bad experience there, he ordered a bowl with salmon, however, they didn’t include the salmon. We noticed the problem when we got home. The process to fix the issue took over 10 minutes on the phone. No one cared. No apologies… They said they would refund but no refund after 3 days. Horrible experience. Do not go there
Today was my first experience coming in here and the staff was friendly. The young women tonight who was on duty and took my order had great hospitality. The location was clean and I would come back again when I am in town. Thank you to Tender Greens for having her on the team. I didn’t get her name. But yes it was great.
Honestly there's a guy who brings your food to the table who is super funny and quite a lovely person. The food is good but this server really made the night!
Glad they are asking for vaccination proof. Employees are nice. However, the food I got today tasted different than at other locations. Mashed potatoes were sortof too watery. Salad was ok. Chicken was dry and a bit cold. Exchanged my chicken but it was worse the 2nd time. I just ate the salad. Left the chicken and mashed potatoes on the plate. The garlic bread was burnt and so jard you couldnt eat it either.
Tender Greens in general is great but I’ve lost count of how many times this particular location has messed up my order. My orders are pretty much always missing ingredients or other items. Better quality control is needed.
