My bf and I came here. He did NOT like his tea at all, I tated it was awful. We asked for a new one since we didn’t drink it and only had 2 sips. The waitress was very nasty and rude and said she can’t do anything but charge us for a new one, even though we couldn’t drink this because it was soooo bad. Never coming back again.

Got food poisoning. Not sure if the milk they used is expired or what happened. But you’d be surprised how many boba places I’ve gotten food poisoning from. Sad to post this b/c it’s been my favorite for the boba. But every time I’ve had a bad experience at a boba place, they rarely reach out & we just end up losing our money having experiencing terrible stomach issues.

Hard place to review…the mango boba was honestly very good! Like some of the best I’ve ever had - great texture, great flavor . I wouldn’t recommend getting a “slush.” It was just sugary fruit water lightly blended with ice. I had to ask for the barista to blend it again because I couldn’t suck up the giant ice chunks with the straw. The second time around it was slightly better but I was still just mostly drinking the liquid and was left with a cup full of chunky ice when I was done. And I paid $8.05 for it which is probably the most I’ve ever spent on a boba drink in L.A. There was $.70 charge labeled “Los Angeles” that I assume was a tax or service fee of some sort but the barista had no idea what the charge was for when I asked her. Pretty disappointing experience. :(

Came in at lunch time Monday, very cool location inside a hip food hall, ordered from the kiosk and then had to clarify from the house made boba I wanted brown sugar boba. Truly incredible tasting and quick

Waited 50 minutes and got 5 boba... They told me there was no boba, so they treated me with mango boba, but it was not cooked.... I don't know how to cook, and it doesn't taste like my favorite maruboba... Please save my money and time give it back

You all truly need to do a better job creating the drinks the customer asked for. The drinks here are good but ONLY if you order them how they make them by default. They give you option to remove boba or add jelly, but they never honor these options. Unsure if these are premade or they just don’t care what the customer wants, but regardless, I’m not ordering from here again. This is the fourth time they’ve done this.

Great service, the girl who worked was amazing, but the boba was so hard and tasted like it wasnt cooked enough, had the texture of my failed attempts of boba making.

This place USUALLY rocks!!! But today was the first day I was very disappointed. The employee today didn’t know any of the teas that we were asking for & the boba was soggy & all stuck together. It wouldn’t go thru the straw.

Easy to order online for pick up. If you're arriving later, just make a note and they will honor the pick up time. Pick up was easy as they have a table for your bags. Definitely something different in terms of cake. How much you like it will depend on each individual. We tried the milk tea crepe cake and Nutellamisu Japanese pancakes. Crepe cake tasted just like milk tea! The mousse was a sweet and salty flavor for the pancakes but went well together. Good flavor on both and the bobas are able to be warmed up and added on the side. A nice light dessert!

Great housemade boba. My favorite is the fresh taro crushed ice milk with actual pieces of taro.
