Tatsu Ramen was the best I've had anywhere. The chicken broth is very creamy and the chicken was very lean. Loved the extra onions option, ordering is simple and fast, very efficient operation! My friend had the original pork ramen and liked my chicken ramen more.
I’ve been going to Tatsu ramen for a few years now and they consistently deliver quality ramen. The chicken broth is all I’ve ever ordered since I don’t eat pork. You have to add for the spicy seasoning to add that kick. Overall a good bowl of ramen! Prices have gone up dramatically but I suppose that’s just a sign of the times. $20 a bowl.

Wasn't a bad place to try a new ramen place. You order ahead on the tablet then are seated. When we went for dinner it was not too busy. The tablet had some jokes on the amounts and add on preferences which I enjoyed it wasn't too pricey about 15-20 bucks per bowl. The flavor was good we got cheeky and bold plus some fried rice. I didn't care for the rice it some what lacked some flavor it was good just not enough flavor. Over all it was a nice place to get food and the staff was nice.
I used to loved this place. They have a new form of service.So first, you have to deal with parking, they still have the dinning outdoor set up in the parking lot (I get it the pandemic happened, I can deal with it)Second, I don't like the self service method they use, you have to place your own order and pay upfront.Why, cause you're doing someone else job, I don't like it, plus you have to sign in on waiting list to get a table for the order you just place. I waited 45 minutes in the cold to get my order, (they don't even have heaters outside in the dinning area) I asked they told me to wait about 45 minutes to get a table, I said i waited already, then they told me to sign my name on the waiting list, I said no one told me I had to, since there is no signs around that shows me I have to after placing my order, what's the point of entering my phone number to get notifications about my order?They did not resolve my issue, I asked to get a table right away, since many customers left and have empty tables inside and outside, they did not make any exceptions or offer a solution.I asked for a refund, cancel my order and left, I just wanted to have food after working 12 hours in the rain.
There was a line on the sidewalk but it moved quickly. You order at a kiosk so it was a little overwhelming. I ordered more food than we needed. The chicken rice came first it had a slight sweet flavor and was very good. The 4 ramens I ordered were also very good. The red was probably our favorite but I don’t remember it’s name.
Bold and Soul ramen are the ones to try.I have been to many ramen shops and in my own opinion this has been my favorite because the broth is the best I've had so far.Wait times are long but worth the wait for the amazing ramen!
Tatsu has some of THE BEST ramen bowls on the planet. While you’re there try the : Red Rice, Ramen Burger or my grandmother’s fav The Cheeky Ramen ?
It’s been so long since I’ve been in Japan I almost forgot what real ramen tasted like. This place reminded me. 10/10. Wish I could’ve eaten more. Love the customization on your ordering as well. Great place!
Simply amazing! A delicious and friendly spot. Be ready to order at the iPad outside, so you may have to do a little research before coming. The portions are generous but most of all they give you a good amount of pork which lasts you throughout the entire meal. Heavy on the garlic and heavy on the green onions are highly recommended and you will definitely want an extra seasoned soft boiled egg.
