No dining in....from the Valley and wanted to try the food on a recommendation...They had takeout only

Went there after coming from far away. The lady there didn't acknowledge me n looks so mean. After 30 min I'm finding out no dine in. Smh. Ghetto place, employee n atmosphere overall.

I ordered the pancake and porkchop breakfast. Normal I never have an issue. On this day my food was very sub standard. The entire meal was trashed due to lack of flavor or what I ordered. For some reason my porkchop had fishy taste or smell and my pancakes were practically orange in color. I was immediately curious if this would good and my curiosity didn't fail much like my meal did. I can't even say if I'd give them another chance.

It's okay, take out only. Good and cheap, lots of customers, very busy. We got to the 4.99. breakfast special. 2 eggs, 2 bacon,2 sausage and 2 pancakes. It was fresh but just okay. I will try the turkey sausage next time... and maybe the potatoes.

One of the better places on the westside in Los Angeles to get a home cooked meal that is cooked when you order it and the food I'd great. Thanks tal's for your community support.

I got charged and extra 2 dollars for no reason. They only took cash and I would of been cool with that if the food wasn't just ok.. not going back.

The worse! I will never go again. Pancakes look horrible and hashbrowns are greasy.

This is one of your hole in the wall spots. Been here more than 50 years. Same at up. Pancakes are done right. Have to get those fried pork chops with a side of grits. This is a in the city breakfast spot. Open in the morning and closes late afternoon. Seating is very limited. They have seating at the counter and several booths. Come on in and just wait until you see an empty spot. Then just go sit or stand at the table until someone comes and cleans it off. Parking is on the street and can be a little tricky. You can leave your American express at home. This is a cash only spot. No checks, credit , debit or IOU's. Food is priced reasonably and pretty tasty. Portion sizes are good.

pork chop breakfast is

Used to eat breakfast here often, it's been a while. Looking forward to my return... for a good fried chop and buckwheat pancake plate soon
