Fantastic birria quesotacos of both the goat and beef variations. The asada is also pretty solid on a vampiro with guac on the side. The consomé had rich, deep flavor with large chunks of meat. The arbol salsa and habanero salsa cut through the richness of the meat, but if you really can handle your slice ask for the salsa macha/chili oil that really kicks things up.These guys have been doing it for a while, with house made tortillas well before the current craze and before and much better than Teddy's.
Didn't get to try too many taquerias/tacos foodtrucks in Los Angeles but this is definitely one of the must-trys imo, at least for quesabirria taco. Overall, everything is delicious! The quesabirria is amazing because the tortilla is super crunchy, and the cheese is melted, and the meat is well-seasoned ? If I remember correctly, lengua might be a little too dry. One down side is that the foodtruck is not too close to LA downtown area so if you don't have a car, commuting might be a little hard.
The best tacos truck in Los Angeles, in my opinion. The shredded goat (birria de chivo) is one of the most tastiest pulled meat dish I've had in my life. We had it with some crunchy tacos and the meat broth (consome c/ carne) which was also so flavoursome. Definitely worth getting it as a side dish. The service was impeccable and they even gave us some extra meat with the broth knowing we were tourists. Do make the trek out to come and sample the best taco truck in LA. You won't be disappointed.

They definitely left us happy and satisfied.TACOS DORADOS - Crispy Shell tacos, pick your meat!QUESATACOS - Same as above, but with melty cheeseWe tried Birria de Res (shredded beef) and Birria de Chivo (Shredded Goat) and of course a side of broth (choice of with or without meat in it- definitely recommend with meat!).They have a station set up for you to add all your accoutrements- onions, cilantro, multiple salsas.Seating is light so be prepared to stand or take it for a picnic in your trunk Costco-style.
The food was authentic and delicious. I loved the birria. I got taco dorado, a quesotaco , a torta, a mulita, and consume. My wife and I shared it.

Best tacos I’ve ever had in my life. Got the goat, hard shell with cheese, and the beef broth. Heaven in my mouth for just a few bucks!
