Taco tu madre is located just off Westwood Blvd. The place is chill and really welcoming. The food is amazing! We tried many burritos as we came and came back for the great food and ambience. Especially try the crispy shrimp or the Korean bbq, they are out of this world! So definitely worth a visit.
THE MOST REPULSIVE BREAKFAST BURRITO.Ordered a breakfast burrito and was surprised to see sliced cheese. Not only was it cold and nasty, but the bacon was hard and stale. After trying multiple bites I didn’t even get to any egg in the burrito. I spat out every bite.I will also share there’s no reason for the burrito to be cold I ordered it directly at the restaurant.Do not order here, you will not be left disappointed and hungry.
burritos are incredible, albeit pricey - have the kbbq burrito ?
The most delicious tacos we have tried in LA. Unique and flavorful combinations. Big portions. A small hole in the wall restaurant that cant be missed!
Warning ⚠️ for those with Peanut Allergies!! ⚠️ My friend’s daughter is right now in the emergency room with anaphylactic shock from a peanut allergy. Their potato tacos are made with peanuts. And they are deep-fried so all of the oil that they fry everything in is contaminated with peanut oil. Peanut allergy is real and people die from it. Tu madre nunca puso maní en los tacos
Quick service and good tacos but there’s a lot of great taco places in West LA
Good food. The red velvet churro was delicious as well as the esquite. The burrito is a little bland. Overall okay.
The staff was friendly. The portions are generous. The flavor was lacking for me. The burrito was the thing I was the most excited for and for $20 it definitely fell short. It was also a lukewarm temp. Maybe it was a bad day for them but I wouldn’t rave about the food. Not bad, but not great ?
The veggie and vegan options are delicious, especially the Vegan Banh Mi Taco! Street Corn was a good appetizer for 3-4 people and the Red Velvet Churros were absolutely wonderful. Nice clean spot inside to eat and friendly staff, I'll be back.
A hole in the wall or a sign on the wall. This small taco stand is open till midnight serving all sorts of tacos to delight your taste buds. Korean BBQ, pastrami, & crispy shrimp tacos don't disappoint. Around $5 a taco mix n match a 3 pack. A couple tables outside the shack/kitchen along qeatqood Blvd, so. of SM blvd.
