Staff is usually professional. Only chief complaint is the past 3 sundays in a row they dont open until 11am. Made the mistake of placing a mobile order at 10:10, and had to wait until 11 to return to puck up items. Was told by staff the order wasnt even in the system. Was charged none the less, and had to reorder. Not reimbursed. Recommend waiting until inside the store to order with the app, only way to enjoy the app exclusives. Also, Recommend changing store hours as to not upset customers. Not a bad location, just mismanaged in some areas.

Cashier (i guess her name was jennifer) charged more for bean burritos . When i showed her prices on board she was just ignoring me and ran away from the register. I was like ??‍♂️

I was there this past Sunday with my 10 and 11 year old kids. I was wearing a mask but they forgot theirs in our car. We were almost done ordering to eat outside until Mr Juan here asked me to tell my kids to get out for not wearing masks. I’m giving a 5 star review because I wanna point out how nice, courteous and decent this man talked to us. He really knows his stuff when it comes to treating customers. As a matter of fact, he was so nice that he made us feel guilty to spend an extra second in the store and left without eating. I actually also witnessed him asking another young man that was covering his face with his t shirt to leave the store with the same amount of professionalism. I don’t think we’ll ever come here again but tips of the hat to taco bell for hiring such professionals.

When you feel comfortable and happy in some places as such as restaurants or fast food or any places that they provide your need you always love to go there . I would like to say thank you to Mrs . Esther she is one of those people that makes you feel good she makes your meals the way you asked for and she is so respectful and so professionalism that I hope one day she become a owner of Taco Bell’s . I wish her and her family happy new year and lots of health and happiness and success . Thank you

Horrible service. RUDE manager was not willing to address the issue.. I ordered the new chicken sandwich taco and was very excited to eat this new item and when it arrived it had like 8 pieces of jalapeño and a tiny burnt piece of a little nugget. I went in and they didn't offer to assist and said that's how they come. Really? Taking them to corporate..picture below

Food arrived cold. And it could be tastier

Amazing fresh at 1pm.

Good food and service.

In from orange county. So first time ever at this location. The area is full of food spots. This taco bell I got spicy potato tacos [2] and a bread [bean rice and cheese burrito] with a happy hour $1.00 medium drink. I mixed the red Gatorade with the kick start [orange] ?. The food was fresh. It wasn't busy either. Dine in was open and has a nice window to view the scenery.
