Decent looking salad but someone waaaaay over salted the garbanzo beans to where it has ruined the flavor of the rest of it. Going to be a thirsty afternoon!!
Food is good but they were out of 5 things and forgot to put chicken on my bowl! People were nice though.
Ordered for pickup. Got an email confirming my order was ready to go, and I was on a very tight schedule. I arrived 20-25 mins after the confirmation email, only to be told that my order is not ready at all, and in fact will take another 20 minutes. I was made late to my next appointment, and I received nothing to make up for this error. Staff was unapologetic.
Alejandro, the taller guy, is exceptionally supportive at Sweetgreen during a busy rush of order tonight! Wait times aren’t so bad when everyone can be as nice and hands-on as Alejandro. Professional and also attentive to detail. Thanks!
Amazing Salads. I had no idea the Salads were this good here. Big portioned Salads at that. Very fast customer service. Very professional and customer oriented.
Was in LA for work and visited this location several times. They were all super nice, fast and helpful when I needed a receipt reprinted
Let me start by saying I LOVE SGs. I get it probably once a week. I see others had good experience with the staff so maybe I just experienced new people that hadn't been trained? I waited at the counter for ten minutes before anyone even said hello. There was a girl making to go salads, which is fine, that's the job she was assigned to, but she didn't say hello, welcome, someone will be right with you. Nothing. In fact, she wouldn't even look at me even though she was standing in front of me. The girl beyond me caught my eye and we both started laughing because it was so rude. Finally, someone else helped me. I asked for blackened chicken and realized half way through my salad, there was no chicken. Luckily, she didn't charge me for it, but still annoying as I know I asked for it. I get the same salad every week. They had no customer service skills whatsoever. We all pay a lot for your salad, be nice to us customers!
The employees here are amazing! I have to do regular large lunch orders for my office and they are incredibly accommodating and patient. They make a normally stressful experience extremely easy and stress free.
Amazing food with friendly staff. Lots of options for vegan or vegetarian people. Loved my salad!!!
