Really easy to continually give Sweetgreen five after five because they make it really easy to be vegetarian. Like who can enjoy a salad right? Wrong, eat clean here. For meat eaters, there is options too. Try all them out, all good just different flavour palettes!
Bummer. Ordered a Shroomami via UberEats (bringing the total w/tip to $25) and ended up receiving it missing a vital ingredient: dressing.Cant get anyone on the phone to sort it. Love this place but pretty big oversight.
Went there tonight and ordered a warm bowl. They completely forgot the quinoa in the bowl. Still alright but If I’m paying $15 for a salad I’m not trying to have a missing ingredient especially when it’s a main thing in the salad
Welp… things seemed fine and friendly, but what happened was there were two of us and we both wanted the harvest bowl. It was around an hour before they close for the night. When we ordered, the person helping us said they were out of the roasted chicken, but that there was the blackened chicken still which was described as a little spicier and was thigh meat. She said the same thing to both of us as we ordered separately. I find it very strange that in both cases, there was NO mention or warning about an up-charge. Had I been told about it in the beginning, I would have first asked if there were any other substitutes and then decide if I wanted to spend the money on the upgrade. Instead, Neither of us even had the chance. When the more expensive option is our only option because they ran out of the standard option (still my preferred option), and when we find out at the register feeling duped out of an extra 3 dollars per bowl for the upgrade we didn’t know we got, it makes for a very disappointing [email protected]: Please tell customers ahead of time if what you’re recommending is going to cost them more money. I trusted your recommendation because I assumed you had your customer’s interests at heart, but instead I feel like I was misled and taken advantage of.
All the salads are yummy we all have our favorite one . I usually but three different kinds .
What can I say.. delish. Fresh and quick.. the woman who helped us (Chaz) was so helpful and patient. A+++++
Have ordered from here 4 times now. The first 3 times the food was great and the service efficient and friendly. The most recent time here will now be my last. I ordered a salad for me and my boss. I was the only one in this location, but still had to wait over 5 minutes for all of the nonchalant girls working that day to figure out who was going to help me. Surprise, I got the rudest most unfriendly one. Made me feel so uncomfortable to even order food from here, like I was doing something wrong to her. Got up charged to add onions. Odd, but okay, whatever. The salads are expensive enough that you shouldn’t charge to add non premium items, specially when it was replacing another ingredient. Fine, okay. All of this could have been over looked, but…. My boss and I both got sick that evening with bubble guts, cramps, diarrhea, etc. as if we had eaten from McDonald’s. Not sure what ingredient caused it, but we had both gotten the same thing from this SG location at the same time, had not eaten anything else prior that day, and both got sick. Not the first time I’ve heard this either. Won’t be going back here again to say the least.
This is by far the best SweetGreens I have been to thanks to the friendly and thoughtful staff! I had the pleasure of having Ryan and Anna help me and their professional as well as outstanding customer service was impressive! The customer comes first here and I will go miles out of my way just to come to this location thanks to them! Highest recommendation!!
Always fresh, very friendly staff, extremely clean restaurant, lots of good and unique choices, pick a salad in the board or get creative!
One of my favorite salad places around. A lot of different varieties of salads and bowls. Lots of ingredients you can add to it. Prices are not too bad. Everything is fresh.
