The tall guy with the crater face needs to stop calling girls ma’m. This isn’t the south, it’s just rude to call a girl in their 20’s ma’m. You’re the one who looks old af with that horrible skin.
How about an option to just talk with a human? Call your own store using your personal phone and you'll understand why I am going to Chop Stop instead.
today was my first day trying sweetgreen and it was a great experience. i was recommended the harvest bowl by Danny and it was really delicious! he was also very understanding and patient with me when it came to customizing my salad. the restaurant was very nice and clean will be trying this location again thank you!
Ordered a vegan meal and a chicken meal - he used the same tongs that was used to mix the chicken salad as the vegan salad without washing. Did not acknowledge after brought to his attention
Such a nice sweetgreen location. The person who made my salad was very considerate, had a great attitude, and even asked me if there was anything else i needed. The people there give you their full attention. Top notch service.
This was a bad bad experience. I’ve been getting food from here about 6 or 7 times, and it’s been fairly good. Last week, we ordered two salads (the crispy rice salad). After we arrived home and opened the containers, we noticed that one of the salads had the chicken missing completely, and we were also missing the almonds, and the bread we had ordered. To make matters even worse, the wild rice in both salads was COMPLETELY UNCOOKED! I mean, it is one thing to make human error and forget things, but to sell UNCOOKED COLD RICE is beyond me!! We were so disappointed and shocked. Instead of eating dinner, we ended up spending our time trying to contact sweet greens. No one picked up the phone. The chat representative finally offered to give us a credit on our account, only to cancel the credit after a few minutes and saying we weren’t eligible for it. We spent $35 on two salads, that had to be thrown in the trash.Ps. They also said that our salads were ready on the online tracker, but when we went inside to pick them up, they said they hadn’t even started, so we had to wait an extra 20 minutes, paying for parking, when we could have just shown up later. I am sadly never returning. This was unacceptable and unsafe.
Today I found myself craving a good salad. Not as a side dish but rather the primary part of my dinner. I had been meaning to try Sweetgreen for quite sometime now but I keep forgetting to do so. No time like the present since I am having salad cravings and salads are their specialty. Due to the now long running pandemic I do not want to linger in one place for to long so I ordered through Uber Eats and picked up my order because why not take a nice walk and get a little exercise by picking up your order yourself. I ordered the "Garden Cobb" salad with a balsamic vinaigrette dressing on the side. The app offered a large variety of toppings to choose from. Some of them came standard for this particular salad while others were additional options with varrying added costs. You could also remove any of the standard toppings if you did not want one or more of them on your salad. One of the standard toppings was Almonds and I am not really fond of Almonds so I did request that they not include that one topping. All of the ingredients were fresh sand of good quality and for the most part the salad was good. There were a few not so good things about it though. One of the additional toppings I ordered was Red Onions. It was an additional 50 cents for that topping. 50 cents is reasonable for some chopped red onion but unfortunately there was only 3 small pieces in my whole salad. 50 cents is a bit over priced for only 3 small pieces of red onion. One normally associates roasted chicken with a Cobb salad but chicken was not one of the standard ingredients. Roasted chicken was one of the additional cost toppings though. The additional cost was $3 for what I assumed (because of the cost) would be 1 chicken breast roasted and chopped. If this was 1 chicken breast, then it was a very small chicken. Their menu did not specifically state that you would be getting a full chicken breast but for $3 it would not have killed them to give me more than the very small amount of chicken I got. The chicken I did get was also slightly over cooked and it was pretty dry for that reason. The balsamic vinaigrette dressing also has a slight chemical smell to it and you cooked taste that smell as well. I did not get sick or needed to be rushed to a hospital so that smell and taste were probably a natural part of the balsamic vinaigrette dressing they were using. It was a little bit off puting to me though. Overall, I paid over $21 for this salad. It was okay but not without some issues. For $21 I don't think it is unreasonable to expect less issues and more goodness.
Very healthy and nice place to eat! Loved the harvest bowl and everyone was super nice and helpful (first time at sweetgreen)
Love sweet green! Today Lauren put together my order it was so delicious. she was super kind and had great customer service skills. there was a million things going on and she was very cool, calm, and collected. I will def. return. (also shout out to her mgr. Damaris)
Their food is not good, I ate with hairs, small flies, they won't admitted it. The female clerks are unfriendly, slow.
