Small intimate little hidden gem that makes great drinks and plays vinyls. Would go again.
Drinks were meh. Cough syrup tasting stuff is not worth 15 dollars. Little modifications on the drinks, like even a proper garnish and oils of a peel on the drinks we ordered would of been great. Infront

This little gem was listed on theinfatuation.com's list of "26 Hollywood Bars That Don't Suck" and they were right, it didn't suck. In fact their whole list was pretty bang on.It's tucked upstairs of a pizza place ,which we stopped at for a bite before going upstairs. (Don't waste your time or money in the restaurant. It sucked) The bar however more than made up for it. I was delighted to walk in and see a record player and a fantastic collection of vinyl ranging from Led Zeppelin to Fleetwood Mac to Kenny Rogers.The bar staff was friendly, the drinks were delicious and the vibe was exactly what we were looking for. This place is a treat and I highly recommend checking it out.
I made a U turn here on my way to the freeway after a movie at the nearby Laemmle theatre. I like Tiki bars so the signage caught my attention. This place used to be a popular low key bar with several Buddha statues inside. Now it's a Tiki bar replete with the dry porcupine fish lanterns, tiki carvings and and raga thatched booths. The decor triggered a long departed former Tiki bar in Rosemead called Bahookas....I loved Bahooka's. This place has bowl drinks too , like Bahooka's.
Me and one of the homies wound up here due to a yelp search as we were trying to hitup Sunset Room after we left the Edison per a friend we were trying to catch up with. The line was long and they were charging a cover. I called Tiki and asked if they were open and if they charged a cover...answer was yes and no to the mentioned questions.
Great intimate atmosphere with awesome tunes! Grab some drinks and then pizza downstairs after. Josh and Craig are fantastic- love this spot and the good vibes ??
Awesome little bar hidden away above a pizza parlor. They spin vinyl of your choice and the drinks are delish!
