Everything was freshly prepared and tasted great... the only exception was the rice... which had been precooked and later nuked (microwaved). Any person worth their weight in gold where restaurant knowledge is concerned absolutely KNOWS microwaved rice by its texture. The only item on the plate that wasn’t fresh was the microwaved rice; but all else was fresh. I stood there and watched as they prepared it, but I also heard the clearly recognizable sound of a microwave oven timer go off ... still... very tasty (maybe a tiny bit overpriced)... would have been better with fresh rice ??♂️
