I don't know if I just went on an off night or going for takeout made it worse but the stout burger just wasn't very good and the seasoned fries were soggy. Bun was hard, mixture of gruyere and blue cheese was gross, and the meat was cooked very well when asked to cook medium rare. After reading the glowing reviews I really wanted to like this place but can't recommend it at the moment. I'll try it again at some point but not in a rush to do so
This is my favorite happy hour in Hollywood, food is half a price and they always have new draft beers to try! The attention is always great! They are always happy to give you a shot for you to try new flavors :) they also have THE BEST LOADED TOTS in the world! I order a different Burguer every time I go there since they are all amazing but what I always get for sure, as soon as I get there, is the Loaded Tots! Don't miss trying those!
I mean, it doesn't get much better than this when it comes to burgers. Not only are these juicy burgers cooked to perfection, but the variety of burgers they have is just... *does a chef's kiss* If you're into sweeter flavors, I HIGHLY recommend the Six Weeker. That fig jam sauce is no joke. But honestly, you can't go wrong with any of these burgers. Their fries are amazing, and if you have enough room after dinner, you absolutely MUST get their bread pudding. It has both chocolate AND butterscotch chips in it. What genius came up with that idea, and please tell me they got a raise for their brilliance! Just when you thought this place was amazing enough, Stout also has beer and wine pairings for each burger on their menu. Add the fact that I can walk there from my house, and you've got yourself a loyal customer!
One of my favorite places to eat whenever my friend and I visit Los Angeles. It's so convenient that it's near one of my other favorite places, Amoeba Music. The place isn't too big, but for its size, it's acquit. It's an open air establishment, which is really nice to get that afternoon LA breeze. My favorite place to sit is on the outer perimeter. Even though you're sitting right by the sidewalk, you don't have anyone bothering you while you eat. As a craft beer enthusiast, they have a decent number of craft beers to go with your hamburgers. So far I have had two of the burgers. So far my favorite is the six weeker, which I chose strictly to try out the fig jam. After having the fig jam, I want to find other food with fig jam on it. My absolute favorite thing. They have great skinny fries. They have terrific late night hours in the wee morning. So if you're doing anything late at night near by, this is the place to stop by for great burgers and a craft beer.
Nice and crunchy and soft on the inside. These can get pretty dense fast and there's more compared to the fries. These work really well with the sauces.
This restaurant is incredibly amazing. Any burger you order is going to be great, it all depends on your personal taste but trust, they got what you need. And now you can make any burger a BEYOND burger. This opens up a whole new world for us foodies who like to watch our caloric intake. I love STOUT for making this an option.
Always a great beer selection! And the food is very good as well. Large selection of burgers with some veggie & vegan options available, good sides, and some salads I haven't tried but look really good. Nice atmosphere, very friendly & helpful staff, and they're open late!
Everything I've tried here is amazing! All of the sandwiches and even the salad versions (try the Sweet November as a salad), which I guess is a healthier way of getting your carving board fix. And the fresh baked cookies...! Both the lemon coconut and chocolate chip were some of the best I've ever had. On top of all that, the service is very attentive. Glad they are finally in Koreatown and hope they stick around for a long time and start delivering too!
