I've been coming here for about 2 years. I used to really love coming to this location. At the beginning, the customer service was great. Even with the long lines the employees wer highly efficient in getting you in and out in a courteous and professional manner.Since then the the professionalism has declined. I realize that the majority of patrons they come there are the average recreational smoker and it's easy to get lax. I have medical conditions. I feel like I'm being targeted at this point sometimes by many of the employees. I am there often. I've been yelled at and talked about within earshot among other strange behavior. Needless to say I'm sure this conduct is not in line with the company policy or directive. I have social anxiety disorder I'd like to just get my prescription and leave. I hope these people snap back into reality and realize they're at work and to act accordingly.A few days later I had to edit this post because now I know I'm definitely being targeted. Waiting in line to be checked in nobody would take my ID even without currently helping customers. They shouted out that I can head to the desk to be checked in if I was returning. I've never said or done anything to these people for them to be acting so ridiculous. Maybe they saw my initial review and put two and two together with my profile pic I don't know. All I do know is I'm going to have to take the 800 or more dollars I spend there every month somewhere else before they find some ridiculous reason to have me stop coming there. I know they don't care about my monthly contribution. That line stretches out the door around the corner literally. The prices are right.That's why we come. But why would any business want to lose any revenue. That would make the business itself as negligent as how the as the staff in the front act.
After spending thousands, I got the wrong item that I had Not yet opened, and had my receipt within 7 days but they didn’t help my situation. I go very early every Wednesday and I know the people there pretty well and they know me.Since then, I’m taking 50% of my business elsewhere and I plan to completely take 100% of my business by the end of next month because I can’t stand being treated the way I was treated after donating so much money to Stiiizy :(
For one....customer service NEVER responds. They don't stand behind their product. I have an expensive cart that leaks oil from mouthpiece.

I bought a $46 stiiizy big battery and it was defective. It would heat up on the sides very quickly and the battery cover (the colored part of the battery) slid off revealing all the wires and components of the battery. I called within 7 days (as per their return policy) and was refused service or an exchange. I was treated very unprofessionally and this poses as a safety hazard they refuse to acknowledge!! This same thing occurred to my partner who also bought a battery from this location and they too didnt get help even though it was within 7 days. They selling batteries that are defective and heat up which could potentially lead to them blowing up in peoples faces or catching flame. Im not buying from here not am i recommending friends to buy from here. Not because im mad i didn’t get service, but because i dont want anyone getting injured due to stiiizy dtla’s malpractices. Stay safe yall, theres better locations out there than this!
Horrible customer service. Receptionist is rude the only nice one was the African American girl who use to work the front desk. You call for questions they give you wrong information just so you can come in. I'm done with this store. They'll never get another dollar from me. Holistic Healing in Richmond is wayyy better and much better customer service.

Do not buy online with this company. I paid extra for 2 day shipping and shipping warranty. That was 11 days ago and counting. I’ve emailed customer support twice and have not gotten a response. The package seems to be lost and there is no support. They gladly took my money though.
Awesome deals here. Not a local, but I live in CA. I had the coolest and most knowledgeable budtender in Marquis. He displayed a level of professionalism that I think is few and far between in the cannabis industry. After my experience here I can happily recommend this store to anyone in the area that is looking for a deal on wax (4g of their diamonds OTD!)
The front desk employees at this location are extremely incompetent. They couldn't verify a standard medical card issued by the state, its almost like they've never even seen one which is mind blowing. After arguing with me it took me about 2 seconds to pull up the government verification site and another 2 seconds to type in my id # which is completely valid. Really sad that Stiiizy has no respect for medical customers, glad i'm not spending my money there.
