Service was excellent. Staff was friendly. 1 star is because it is NOT a Starbucks Reserve anymore.I went to this Starbucks hoping to buy a Starbucks Reserve mug or tumbler. I asked the barista where the Starbucks Reserve merch was, and she answered that they weren't selling any because it wasn't a Starbucks reserve anymore.
Its a VERY nice Starbucks. Delicious coffee too and AMAZING service, Baristas are really Friendly its has Very nice Seating Area inside & Outside
I went to Starbucks reserve and ai order two coffee and a bday cake pop andd sow a big fly inside the pixie glass... terrible.. i mentioned to the cashier she only said i know..
Large space, clean and great place to study but I believe the meters are 2 hours per car so if you plan on studying look for a parking location or leave after 2 hours. Have a nice atmosphere very quiet and relaxing

Sunday at 9 am there’s 6 people working but no cashier? The woman working as a cashier took the order of three people and told me to wait and proceeded to take forever making each one of their elaborate frapps. I was standing at the register for 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged my presence.
No longer a Reserve it's a regular Starbucks now as of July '21 they said. No special beans, drinks, or merch. Interior is still nice
My favorite place to work with my guest and to shop on Amazon hahaha The music its never too loud which its very important to me to be able to focus, the people minds their own business and the homeless...well...they need somewhere to stay to dont die during the winters. I'm all in to keep making this Starbucks a sanctuary. Keep it up guys, great employees super nice, and they follow the guidelines set by the city for the Covid. The only thing I can complain about...its figthing for the only restroom available hahaha That's it. The outdoor patio its a whole different energy, its beautiful and should have better seats but its already way better than your regular Starbucks. Thank you guys.
The 1 star off is because it is not Reserve anymore. Really enjoyed the experience when it was a reserve with the different pour/brew options. Now a regular S-bucks. Staff was friendly and attentive though!
I have come to expect a certain level of customer service from Starbucks. This particular Starbucks has steadily declined in customer service and product flavor. The same cashier (Sharon) is covering the register today and the previous three times I have come to this location. Which is saying a lot because I only come to this side of town once a month. Sharon is curt and appears annoyed with me. But, all I've done is place an order. The feeling I get is she dislikes me as a Black man. I want to believe it isn't true but I've felt this way 3:3 visits.....
