My experience with Starbucks is each location has it's own customer service approach. Some are without a doubt friendlier than others, while some just appear to take pride in their work. This location is close to home and while I'm not a coffee drinker, I order the strawberry acai with lemonade- venti and I buy several hundred dollars of gift cards each year for family and mostly clients. The Mother's Day and Father's Day gift cards are a big hit. On occasion, I'll have a barrista appear to push back on the amount of gift cards however the Carson store on Sepulveda Blvd seems to be people friendly and try to make my experience a good one.

I have been going to to this location for many years. I have gotten wrong orders poor communication, being over charged, attitude problems. The manager had to ask me what drink did I order. Since covid the quality of everything went down. I will be following this up with corporate. Along with times dates with my bad experiences.
It’s a Starbucks, so drinks are the same everywhere.The employees are always friendly and helpful! The only thing that would make this place better is if they carried hazelnut syrup.

What can you say about Starbucks that hasn't already been said? Well, I am not one of those crazy two minutes of special instructions to order people. No, I like coffee not complex, complicated,precocious ordering to feel superior. I literally ordered a grander Pike Place and a slice of lemon loaf. Simple. I think in the last 20+ years, the most complex thing I ordered has been a Venti Chai Latte with soy milk, I know adventurous huh? But seriously,try the COFFEE it's really good, and hey get a slice of lemon loaf, you can thank me later or latte.
I had an iced coffee with peppermint, it was delicious.
