Very surprised at the 4 and 5 star reviews.. Where do I even start? Dense, weird aftertaste, too sweet, easily the worst cupcake I’ve ever had the displeasure of eating. Just so nasty. Walmart sells better.
BEWARE AND PRAY your order actually gets delivered! I ordered some cupcakes to be delivered today at 3pm. This was pre-ordered. Money out of my account immediately. I get an email today at 306pm. My order is cancelled... that's it! No, we are refunding your money or any other information. That's it. So I call the store and I was on hold for 20 minutes... then I hung up! So much for my daughter's birthday surprise! Totally Disappointed!
Tasty but a bit too sweet.
Terrible customer service!I went to get 3 dozen of cupcakes and the lady was so rude said I couldn't order that many cupcakes there and then. She told I had to do online and come pick up the next day. The lady wasn't even nice about it. She was extremely rude. I went to a different sprinkles and had no problem it's always this location giving me problems. Never coming back here.
CUPCAKES GOT EVEN SMALLER… AGAIN! Same price for about HALF the size they used to before they shrunk, now for the second time! They really couldn’t possibly get any smaller. I have been going to Sprinkles for 10 years, they were amazing the first 8 or so, u til they started cutting the size significantly in recent years. What made Sprinkles so great & stand out from the rest was all the delicious filling, now it’s a very little amount hidden in the middle bc the cupcake itself is so small. It’s ashame what is going on to our favorite places. Increase prices. Decrease quality SMH. Seriously.
I actually came in and there was no one but me and they took such a long time for my order , not welcomes or helped at all , and they actually had a good amount of workers , I only ordered 13 cupcakes the wait shouldn’t be so long

yummy cuocakes, from Atm or from Shops; try the different types of fresh cup cakes. My fav. is the lemon blueberry! It was delicious.
I purchased a dozen cupcakes for my husbands birthday on Saturday 10/30/21 and most were stale and extremely dry. I purchase Sprinkles cupcakes quite often and have not had an issue. I'm wondering if they were baked days prior to prepare for the Halloween rush. Needless to say, it was $55 wasted. I should have purchased from Nothing But Bundt Cakes. They're product is always on fabulous. Do better Sprinkles!!!!
