Had dinner at this location last night on June22 for the first time as I’m a Canadian and it’s my first time in LA. The food was great. I left my purse at the restaurant last night and the bartender kept it for me with everything intact. I couldn’t believe it. If I had left my purse at a restaurant in Toronto I wouldn’t be able to find it ever as no one would return it to me. I don’t know his name but if you read this thank you so much. Great staff and food
This place absolutely USED to be good. But since all of the negative energy in LA this restaurant has really took a turn for the worst. The bartender didn’t bring me a menu. Then when I asked for the menu he instructed me to get up and get it myself. I don’t understand when that became protocol. But now I do. I’m not going to say what nationality I am but I think anyone read this should know what I am.
This place flat out has the best hot dogs ever. The lobster roll that they put it on is so amazing. Buttery and very tasty. I would recommend this and will visit this place again. Its a bit pricy but the food is good. They also have dome great fries.
I love this place! Portions are generous, always fresh produce, amazing sauces.I went to dine in once and staff was very friendly and fast. Great craft beer too.Highly recommend trying them out.
Loved the energy here the music was great and the food was amazing ?
The Street Cart Doner Veggie Wrap Combo Meal which I paired with Waffle Potato Fries and Lemonade and a side of Cinnamon Sugar Pita Strips was very filling and hit the the spot.A 4.5 because I pussied out with the veggie wrap. It tasted like your standard sauce wrap that had a variety of vegetables. It was good, but I should have tried something different with the quinoa. The vegan wrap options consist of falafel and quinoa, and I should have taken a chance with quinoa.Nevertheless, I enjoyed the well-sized wrap. The waffle fries were also perfectly seasoned and the cilantro on top added a good balance to them. And the orange sauce is delicious! Reminds me of the sauce that comes with Chicken Places like Howlin' Ray's and Dave's Hot Chicken.Lastly, those Cinnamon Sugar Pita Strips were GOOD! First bite, I wasn't messing with them. It gave flour, dough, and sugar, but after I got to the second stick, I really tasted them in their full nature. All in all, I was impressed with this meal and I thoroughly enjoyed all the food passing my mouth for dinner. :)February 5, 2022------------------------------4/5 starsBig order and a flat 4 star rating this time.I ordered:Cinnamon Sugar Pita StripsBaklava Nut RollStreet Cart Fry - Mixed Fries StyleVegan Wrap - Falafel & QuinoaThe Cinnamon Sugar Pita Strips are amazing as ever! I actually got the chocolate and icing this time, so those COMPLETELY added to the sweetness. I loved it. I never really eat desserts with my meals, but this was a grand treat! The Street Cart Fries were also bomb tf dot com :)) I did forget to ask for the removal of the feta cheese :(, so I did my best to eat around it. Nevertheless these Mixed Fry Cart Fries definitely hit the spot and I'm saving the rest for mañana. The Baklava Nut Roll and (surprisingly) the Vegan Wrap - Falafel & Quinoa were my least favorites. The Roll tasted very meh to me and not a dessert I enjoyed. I took it apart to try each layer separate and I still didn't like nor finish it.I actually got the Vegan Wrap this time and I didn't like it. Ughh. I don't know it just... Guess the falafel was throwing me off. Both quinoa and falafel didn't do it for me. It tasted dry. With the last veggie wrap, there was sauce dripping all over me with each bite, but this wrap was more "put together" and sauceless. I'll still be eating the wraps tomorrow and putting some Tapatío for flavor.Yes, I only TRULY loved two items, but everything as a whole was an experience and I got to try more items off their menu which I ordered from their website this time! :)
We stopped in for a beer and grabbed a couple appetizers. Great little spot with a friendly and very attentive staff. We loved this place and we will definitely be back soon.
The remix bowl was cold which I guess I didn’t expect. Would probably get a wrap next time instead. The sweet potato fries were overcooked and were more like chips, but the regular fries were pretty tasty. Overall great food!
Ordered Spitz on Doordash. Prices are reasonable and quantities are large. As a vegetarian I ordered a spicy Berliner Doner wrap with falafel. The sauces and seasonings seemed nice, but the falafel was bland and undercooked, ruining my experience. As a side, I ordered the street cart fries, which were perfect. The fries were perfectly crispy, and the aioli, peppers, and feta cheese made a wonderful experience. It's hard to mess up fries, though. I bet the meat options are good, but Spitz really should work on its falafel and perhaps even put more vegetarian options (i.e. moussaka, vegan shawarma, etc).
The service is exceptionally rapid. Food is outstanding.
