While looking for an excellent Italian deli we stumbled across Spaccio Salumeria. We had the caprese sandwich and Margherita pizza. The food was beyond excellent. It surpassed our expectations. Fresh, not overdone, simple perfection. We can’t wait to go back.
Wow! My boyfriend made reservations for Tavola on a Saturday night and my goodness everything was delicious!To start off, we ordered a salad to share and were given complimentary bread with olive oil. Who doesn't love free bread, especially from an Italian restaurant?! I ordered lasagna as my entrée and my boyfriend ordered pork with gnocchi.
Excellent food and service. I made reservations for two and we were seated next to the front door. It was cold and cramped. I thought making the reservation would have got us a nicer table. The food was 5 stars.
Excellent food, Excellent service, Excellent Covid precautious. We had a small wait which was fine with us because they kept a table empty between each guest.We will definitely be coming back. Our server/waiter was nice and helped us make good food choices.
Second time to go... my favorite spot in Denver. So different snd everything was so tasty. YUM.

I was a bit weary of such a high rating but this place is really really good! Tasty, clean, generous portions and obviously very busy. Keep up the good work!
