Good quality salads that don't disappoint. Very easy to customize with lots of options. Definitely recommend ordering ahead (online or phone) so it's ready and easy to pickup. Takeout only right now
Dish washer needs to be cleaned more often too many food particles won't clean the dishes much. all and all walls scrubbed .Including containers for lettuce needs to be scrubbed constantly with soap and a sponge.
6/29..Ive been to this location a few times and I love it. The food is really good. I've never had an issue ordering in person before, but the wait can be a while if they have online orders ahead of you. The variety is great for a "build your own" wrap or salad. I usually get wraps but this last visit I decided on a salad. I placed my order through the app and when brought home I was tearing it apart! because it's soo good. Until... I took a piece of hair out of my mouth. :(This made me sad because now each bite is extra cautious preventing full enjoyment of my meal.This is not a negative on the place, nor the food. But this one experience left me sad.7/3...update. So I didn't want to give up and the salad was so good I wanted a redo. Sadly I would advice not ordering through the app. I ordered the exact same salad which had a handful of extra charge add ons. The unfortunate thing about ordering through the The app is Once you choose your items, and pay for it, that's it.You are not reimbursed for items not available Or forgotten. I'm missing two items from my add-ons that I paid for. If I ever go back, I will just have to wait in line and order in person. Disappointed.
So The salad was good But customer service was lacking until a worker named James came and helped . I'm giving one star because the other employees talk, play and move super slow on purpose . Hire more people who actually want to work. I was being fully ignored until James came and made sure I got my order. Why is he making 3 bowls at once while other employees are moving slow and talking . I hope it's not a race issue because he is a big black man and the other employees weren't . I enjoyed my Salad but not the expierience . Y'all need to stop making then split tips because I wanted to personally tip just him. Also while workers are lollygagging they should be wiping tables and cleaning the floors the restaurant is dirty.
The food was good, but the restroom and the tables were not clean. I had to wait for a period of time for someone to clean it. Friendly staff. I just think they need to pay attention to detail when it comes to cleanliness. Had I used the restroom prior to eating, I wouldn't have stayed.
Line has no structure and very chaotic. Management does not direct customers on where to go for online orders versus in store orders so its just a confusing long process. When my husband and I were skipped in line no apology just a snappy attitude from one tall, over weight mexican guy. I asked for a sauce and it was my first time so when Jeremy explained they charge I understood then his employee kept interrupting me and was not allowing my question to be answered. I simply asked the manager why we were skipped and where do we go for future record since we phone ordered.. I voiced my concern to the manager and he allowed his employee to answer and speak for him and I did not need his assistance. I asked where do I wait in line so I wont be skipped in line because no one addressed us and the manager explained however its not okay to allow your employees to insert themselves in a manager and customer conversation when i wanted to hear the managers store policy.
Awesome service and the foods and quality are equal!!! The staff is pleasant and accommodating!!!! Love this spot and I go least once a week…HIGHLY RECOMMENDED ???
Friendly staff, clean restaurant serving high quality salad. Busy during lunch time.One star deducted because they forgot to include my salad dressing into my salad and couldn’t make it back in time. I love their salads. I don’t eat them very often because it’s in LA and I’m in LB. But if they extend that chain a tad bit closer in my direction….hint hint lol It’s delicious and always delighted when I finish.
I absolutely love this place!! I've been coming here for months since I found out about it. And I cannot get enough of it. Everytime I come the food is delicious and the staff are amazing. There's always good music and good vibes here!! I would give this place a 10 out of 10 and more. There's many different options and you will want to try every one, even if you have a favorite! I recommend to anyone that loves a good salad, you'll keep coming back everytime!!
