A fast food classic if you are visiting the USA, you should to go to Shake Shack! Good burgers, fries are also successful and even the veggie option is good and tasty (aproved by my veggie friend ?)!
I ordered a the bourbon bacon sandwich here and poured to the picture I was talking right in front of the register to confirm my order. I got home and realized I was given the sandwich with a beef patty. No big deal! I go back over to clarify there was a mix up. The lady at the register immediately tries to get into an argument…which I’m confused about since I’m not angry or hostile. She says that I got what I ordered. And I’m trying to explain that I wouldn’t have ordered the sandwich like that because I don’t like most red meat and I point to the same picture from before. She continues to argue while I (the customer) am trying to deescalate the situation (we’ve all had rough days at work). She finally gets the manager and I hear I her tell I’m I’ve ordered one thing then changed my mind…I let it slide. He asks me for an explanation. I explain. He acts very put out but agrees to redo my sandwich. They then proceed to walk into the open kitchen and announce multiple times that I’ve changed my mind on an order and want a chicken sandwich. I get the sandwich with the outside of the box covered in grease and sauce and all the things I’d asked them not to put on it on the sandwich. Needless to say, I won’t be returning.
Great food, great service. Not much else to say.They do free refills on drinks and will come round and ask if you want a refill when your drink is empty. They even offered me a refill for the road!
We just stopped in for a late night milkshake. They were fabulous! Salted caramel was the bomb. We loved it! The mushroom burger is m favorite during meal times.
Burger and Fries were excellent, the service was friendly and attentive, definitely a recommendation
Love the customer service ?!! This was an amazing time! I purposely waited to try Shake Shack for when I visited LA and it was WORTH THE WAIT!! Great atmosphere and the food was fresh! Loved table service! All around a memorable visit for sure ✨️ ?
Right next to Funko Hollywood so this was a no-brainer after we got done in Funko. The place is very clean, the service was extremely professional, and the food came out very quickly. Only thing that came up during our visit was a homeless guy wandered into the restaurant with a large stick. The managerial staff was able to handle the situation very calmly and professionally, but it was very scary for my family who was just trying to have a meal. This, of course, is not the restaurants fault, but should be a consideration given how many homeless folks are in this area. It wouldn't have been too much of an issue, but this place is not exactly cheap and he was being absurd; filling his shoes with ketchup, splashing water all over himself, walking around pulling his shirt up, etc.
Absolutely vile. Dry, desiccated burger on a greasy bun.

Really good burgers! Service was quick and friendly, burgers were almost perfect. First time eating here and we were really glad we stopped for lunch. Ordered a few different burgers for the table then did some sharing. Not a big fan of the fries.
