Very nice burger joint at the mall food court in Century City! Bacon cheddar burger is the bomb! Chicken sandwich is a chick fila knock off, but well done. Fries are very good and crispy. Their cookies and cream shake is fantastic (with malt). Frozen custard was great. Chicken nuggets were 4 stars out of 5. Recommended. Service was perfect and even the bussing staff was courteous and efficient. Decor is nice, music not too loud and the place was clean and tidy. 5 minute line. Full ADA access. Highly recommended.
Pretty fast service considering how busy it was. The french fries were delicious and everything was fresh on my cheeseburger but the meat doesn't really look high quality and was definitely cooked extra done. I would expect a little more meat and a little more ingredients for the price even though we were in Los Angeles
I enjoy eating Shake Shack’s Shackburger. They have Hamburger, Chicken Sandwich, and Hot Dogs. They also have Shakes and Frozen Custard. And I also enjoy the Crinkle Cut Fries. They also have different kinds of drinks like Spring Citrusade, Fifty/Fifty Kiwi Apple Limeade, and Fifty/Fifty Spring Citrusade. They also sometimes do a Special Menu for Every Month. So this is a good place to get a lunch and it is in the Westfield Century City Mall.
Better than average quality burgers ? is the reason people eat there. They did a pretty brisk business on Easter Sunday since some stores inside the food court were closed.
Just seems overpriced. What does stand out is the bun, real soft and delicious. Of course this was the regular shack burger so feel free to try something more, exotic.

The quality of the food is consistent and that’s appreciated, however, this location is always operating at full speed. It always has a long line, a long wait for food, and it’s a bit annoying standing in a crowd of people with staff running in and out with orders.
Black Truffle Burger
It is located near the middle of the mall. Lines were not long and they had nice sign to promote the new truffle burger. However after dine in here I had bad stomachache and had bad experience. I think one of the burger was not handled properly.. Bathroom was dirty and was not cleaned well.. Hope they do better next time we visit.
