Excellent and authentic Iranian cuisine with perfect service . Highly recommended !

Went to place a pick up order. The man was very rude and unhelpful. Im half persian and understand him perfectly! He was so rude i left and went next door. And got better service. Do better . Shame

One of the worst food I've ever had, the meat was old, the rice was not cooked. If I can give this place a - star I would please take your family/friends somewhere else.

Great atmosphere in the restaurant. Staff is very friendly. Food was terrific with many different dishes...chicken, beef, fish, lamb, stews and salads Dishes are very large and you will likely take home part of your meals. Endless Persian tea which I happen to love. Had to pass on dessert I was soooo full..had Tachine and it was very good. It is a definite " go back".

Michelin guide taste and quality, staple in LA

4 years ago I went there on Valentines’s day to share Persian food with my American date and the food was terrible. My friend was craving Persian dish called Tachin which is my favourite food as well and the waitress told us that they just made it and it was fresh. The Tachin was old and terrible. I can make this dish to die for and I would never go this place ever again.

I don’t give easy 5 stars to any business! This guys deserve to get 10 stars! Good price , tasty food and friendly service! Thank you SHARAM for the EXCELLENT service! ?

It was awful, we invited friends to an Iranian restaurant but every dishes were really such a shame, fish 2 kinds of fish we tried and were raw with bad smell, and beef kebab was discolour. About the beverage, home-made dough was bad like desolving whey in water. It was waste of the money.I do not recommend it.

Extremely friendly staff and handsome/clean dining area. A diverse menu with slightly higher prices than our old standby (shamshari) in Westwood. Inconveniently though - - Shamshari closed at 9pm tonight. But Shaherzad open until 10pm on a weeknight (thank you ;-)The portions seem very generous - enough that i'd think of sharing some of these $20 meals with a friend. The food quality and taste measured up to (if not higher) when compared to other Persian places.

No matter what day or what time of the day, you always get delicious and fresh plates presented to you.Servers are not as trained as fine dinning restaurant but they'll do the job.Over all ill give them 4. And leave one star to improve in customer service.
