Food is not very good. The man who owns it is nice. Kitchen seems pretty dirty and messy. I don’t plan to return.

I live just up the street so decided to try this place out today. It’s a super low key storefront on Grand so you might miss it if you’re not looking for it. I ordered the chicken omelet with fried rice, which was great flavor and only $8.95, which is about as cheap as it gets in LA. Plus, the guy was nice enough to throw in some free brownies!We got to talking a bit and he said that they haven’t seen nearly as many students lately as compared with pre-COVID. They seem to be a one-man operation (to-go only) during the pandemic.Highly recommend if you’re a USC student or someone living in the area. Hopefully things will clear up soon enough and they will be able to seat customers inside again.
I love this place. You wouldn't even notice it if you didn't know about it. I've been coming here for 15 years (since old location) and have never had a meal that wasn't delicious. Glad to see them still open.
Family owned restaurants. The owner is so nice. Also the portions are good as well as the prices

I loved the food I had here (croissants, pain au chocolate, etc), and the lunch and sandwich options looked great. The owner was there every time I was and greeted everybody warmly. High quality, excellent place. Recommend.
