Out of towner from Austin here….OH MY.How could they not have more locations like this back home, my heart breaks knowing I can only have garlic Seoul Pho here in beautiful Los Angeles…..Everything was PHENOMENAL. The pho broth was oh so flavorful, and it was a very very large bowl. The shrimp pad Thai was a big portion as well, and tasty.I wish I could teleport to this place for lunch time, it wasvery quiet around 1-2 and it was ready quick. There are more options right next to it such as Korean porridge and hot chicken. It’s located inside California Marketplace, so you need to park in the parking garage.Highly recommend, I am blown away.
Came for the Korean porridge next door, but they are closed on Sundays. We quickly read the reviews of this place, 4.6 stars on google & pics looked pretty promising. We decided to give it a try!But we were wrong! Seoul pho gives a pretty nice description on their menu about how they cook their food, which is not a bad thing. However, I'm not sure if that is misleading because the flavors are just not there. Big portions but the pho was def lacking texture. We opted for the spicy pho, the broth was so bland (tasted like watered down unseasoned broth), the bone broth flavor was def missing. We could taste some Korean spice in the broth, but it was not spicy at all. Homemade Vietnamese egg rolls tasted like frozen Chinese spring rolls. Good thing the brisket was soft, but unfortunately, that was the only thing I liked at Seoul pho! :TI guess there are just too many good authentic pho restaurants around LA. Sadly, it is not pho! A hard pass.
First Time Trying, Soup Was Delicious. Really Hit The Spot!
So tasty! Glad this place isn’t easier to get to, or the line would be down the block. Yummy!
Surprisingly good it wasn't exactly traditional but it was good eat.
The first time I visited, I ate the classic pho for take out, but the broth was so light that I couldn't even taste the meat at all, and there was a lot of green onion in it, but it didn't go well with the broth. It doesn't taste like pho at all. Also the noodles were too few.
good food and awesome atmosphere.
Yaaaaaaaaaaaalll Seoul Pho is soooo gooood! Garlic Pho with joints brought me back to life! I’m under the weather and the soup was so perfect! I’m in haven! Thank you guys for your work and care ?? ?❤️? ??????☀️??❤️??
amazing food n great customer service
The soup taste is lighter than the general vietnamese pho and noodles is thick. The taste is slightly weak due to the light soup and the thick noodles.
