So yes, there are a ton (A TON) of bad Yelp reviews and I would be lying if I said there wasn’t some truth to some of them. That being said... my experience at SB SPRING has been pretty incredible, save for a few months between March-June of 2020 when we as tenants experienced some management issues. Since the new manager, Danielle, has been here life has been nothing short of pretty damn good. She handles any issues efficiently and quickly, and keeps us apprised of any building situations. I had considered moving because of the management prior to Danielle, but have decided to stay because she has improved the living situation and the tenant situation.Sure, DTLA definitely has its issues and nuances, but if you’re looking at places to live in DTLA hopefully you’re already aware.
