Don’t even pay for the application fee. I inquired after an apartment’s availability so as not to waste my money and was told it was available. I applied and eventually was offered a completely different unit with no explanation. After I inquired, I was told they told me multiple people were after the original unit and that they were offering me another one because I had indicated I was in a hurry. The latter is true but the former is not. I asked for my application fee back because of the false advertisement, and was denied. I’m filing a fraud report with my bank. Honestly save yourself the trouble, there are better properties. I’m only giving 1 star bc I have to in order to leave a review.

Management is greedy and will give you a bogus reason to keep your deposit.

The management has let the building fall into a dangerous and unsafe space. The units are infested with cockroaches, they come through the plumbing and outlets in the wall. They will crawl into ypur fridge and dishwasher, your coffeemaker and water cooler. I have had the apartment sprayed every 2 weeks for the last 4 months and the problem only gets worse, PLEASE DO NOT make the same mistake I did and move into the SB Manhattan building.

If the application process is indicative of how their buildings are managed, hard pass. And I went directly to the top for approval but was met with the same delayed, prolonged and impersonal communication received at lower level management. No person looking for any housing deserves this treatment. 30 days in now and still awaiting approval. Lots of competition downtown LA in much nicer communities. For goodness sake!

I have two units with them, one in SB Spring and one in SB Manhattan. I have to say the Manhattan building is not well maintained, I have been a resident for nearly 3 months and the dishwasher is still not working after multiple maintenance requests. Additionally, there are residents that leave trash in the halls and stairwell with impunity, it's pretty disgusting. Requests to management are not answered or followed up, disappointing.

Your manager Emily is the worst manager o ever met. She never returns ur call. She never answers. Its almost impossible to get a viewing. I came to 1 appt and she no showed. When she do answer. Sje try to only show u the expensive unit. I been trying to see a unit for 2 months.
