I ordered a honey lavender corn. I think it is too sweet.. It needs more lavender taste. Anyway good ice cream!

From Del Mar, WEHO, DTLA, to Venice, Salta & Straw serves up an array of unique and stunning tastes intended to entice the most conservative taste buds. I posted a photo of the menu as I want people to believe me when I say these ice cream titles exist! I promise you will enjoy it.
My go-to place for sugary treats for friends and coworkers at Christmas, part of the wonderful East Lakeview business association deal where you can get a $50 dollar credit card for spending $300 in the area. Great homemade and packaged items, the candied nuts are the best. Ice cream is perfect here in the summer. Perfect sized boxes of mixed goods to hand out, supporting local business with a Chicago-y name.
this place is fantstic. they have so many unique flavors and thy are all good.my favorite is olive oil and cold brew w cashew praline.totally recommend!

Salt & Straw is a good place for a quick ice cream bite. The store is a bit small so there's not really a place for you to sit and chill. They do sell some of their flavors by the pint so if you want to stock up with one of your fave flavors you can do so! My favorite is the honey lavender. I recently tried their vegan chocolate hazelnut and cookies and cream but wasnt really a fan. It's good for a vegan flavor but it was too sweet and the coconut flavor was too strong for me.
I love Salt & Straw! Not only is the staff so helpful, the ice cream is great. I highly recommend the honey lavender flavor. I also appreciate their vaccination requirement for tasting. Awesome experience every time.
Salt & Straw has some of the best ice cream I’ve ever tasted. The flavours are really unique and I would love to come back to try some of the other options that are available. When I visited this location, the service was great and the girl that was working there was very friendly and helpful.

Parker house rolls with salted buttercream ice cream - 5 stars!Candied walnut cheesecake ice cream - 5 stars!Salt & Straw is a great place for hand crafted ice cream with fun, creative flavors. I was not brave enough to try the turkey ice cream. I was wary of the house roll salted buttercream flavor but the cashier let me know it was a good one and he was very right!A fun fact for Salt & Straw - The Rock / Dwayne Johnson is an owner/investor!
