This place has the best tonkatsu ramen I’ve ever had in LA. I was impressed how delicious and nicely presented everything was.The restaurant was extremely tidy and spacious. I like that the tables were far apart from each other, makes me feel safer with COVID and let guests have some space for private conversations.I ordered their shoyu tonkatsu ramen with additional meat, soft boiled egg, and corn. It was so worth it! The broth was very thick, deliciously salted and came with strong pork flavor. I loved that the pork just melted in my mouth. It was everything I was looking for on a winter day.The bento box came with a side and of course we chose the karage. I’ve had many tasty karages from Japanese restaurants but these karages really impressed me with its crispness and juicy flavors. The bento was larger than we expected, beautifully decorated yet tasty. Love the mini apple they put there. The only thing is that I didn’t really like was the drink, but it’s not a priority lol

Gyukotsu (beef broth ramen) is goated. Rich and creamy without being overly heavy. Absolutely delectable and would highly recommend.Tonkotsu ramen is similarly delicious. Pork belly is perfectly cooked and super tender.Appetizers are hit or miss. Brussel sprouts are good, karaage is medium, gyoza is bad.

Loraine was my server, and she’s so kind and informative. The place is really cute and warm. I got the spicy tonkotsu with egg, corn, and spinach. I also ordered a Funaguchi Sake. All great!

Amazing ramen, and the bento box was so carefully crafted. This restaurant has absolutely artful food, and the flavors live up to the beautiful looks.

Mazemen was bomb. Workers are quick, food is clean, flavorful, and well prepared. Usually ramen places it’s easy to nitpick what I don’t like, but everything here was solid! Hopefully I’ll get to do indoor one day and try their shrimp katsu sando, heard great things about it.

Real Rating is more like 4.3-4.5Gyoza was great.Gyukotsu with wagyu - the wagyu was great, the broth was good but could be better. The place had a nice ambiance and great service.

Best ramen in LA!!!!Why? They have a 36 hour bone broth with the option for slices of wagyu beef!!!! Amazing!!!!The broth is not as rich as Daikokuya but it's just as flavorful. The beef is tender and perfectly flavored. The noodles are my favorite - the curly yellow noodles!!!! Mist ramen places use the thin white ones which are just ok. Great ramen place and I'll say it again!!!! BTW, great service too! Small parking lot that gets full fast.

Perfect amount of noddles and everything tastes sooo good. The fired chicken was so good as well. Love it

Real deal ramen shop in ktown. Their miso ramen was amazing so was the Chuka ramen. My friend got the shrimp katsu sando bento and it looked amazing.

Had been importance to come for such a long time and every one of my assumptions were met. Excellent ramen spot and most likely, close by Iki Ramen close by in K-Town, the best ramen spot in LA. Everything from the canapés to the noodles were progressed nicely. Chicken karaage, seared gyoza and lobster croquettes were all great. So was the chicken katsu sando and the mazemen my companions and I all split. Also, the gyokutso ramen was awesome. 36h bone marrow stock with sous vide USDA prime short rib and mirepoix oil hit it out the recreation center.
