Very cute and quiet for the area. The coffee is good. The staff is friendly. Worth trying.
The coffee shop has an interesting warm look. Service was friendly and coffee was ok. My friend and I met up at the coffee shop and chilled for about an hour in the afternoon. It wasn't super busy so the atmosphere was relaxing and we enjoyed the stay.
For a very busy area of commerce, Rubies + Diamonds doesn’t feel too hectic or overcrowded like a typical Starbucks. It’s a very casual haunt with a bohemian modern chic aesthetic within. At first not quite what I’d expect from its exterior but pleasantly surprised.In lieu of your typical tables, there’s more lounge like seating for a very relaxed vibe. This isn’t a place you come to work or do homework. This is where you come to step out of the Hollywood bustle to relax with a delicious latte and pastry before you head back out to the grind.And the coffee is pretty good. Nothing too extraordinary, but coffee done well nonetheless; their Coconut Sea Salt Cold Brew is absolutely delicious and their Rosemary Fig Scone a must, if you like pairing savory with your sweet.Overall a good place to drop in if you’re in the area and need to get out of that traffic coming off or going on the 101 any time of day to get that much needed cuppa.

The BEST iced matcha latte with oatmilk, I’ve ever had. Hands down. Quick and friendly service, with the (co?) owner Joe being a great conversationalist. Will definitely be making my way back here when I’m in the area.

The customer service was great! They guy was super friendly and made a great suggestion. I tried the Rose Vanilla Ice Latte, very unique and tasty. Would recommend them!
