Typical Roscoe’s experience, don’t be intimidated by the long line you’ll be seated within 15-30 minutes. Food came out fast and was true to what I’ve experienced at other locations.
Service is fast. We were there around 8PM. No line at the time and we're seated promptly. After we ordered, the food came out soon.Food was good, definitely soul food. Fried chicken was crunchy on the outside and tender inside. Corn bread was buttery and tasty.We love the original pepper sauce so much that we bought some bottles home! Must have with the fried chicken. It gave the right amount of kick/spices!!!
Everything was good but only the waffle was great. The waffle was the best waffle I have ever ate. I wish there side's where a little bigger but overall pretty good. The seasoning salt is also very good. You can sprinkle a little of it on just about anything. I would recommend this place.
Roscoe’s is a quick, consistent Los Angeles Classic. I always have the Obama special when I stop by. I love the classic homey vibe; feels like I’m at the cottage. Service is okay and food was good.
Amazing service the food goes without saying is one of the best, if not the best chicken and waffles in the country.
Absolutely delicious waffles and much more. If you are visiting Hollywood or nearby, make sure to get over here before you leave. The staff were very polite and the food was served to our table very quickly. If you can't make it in, try and order something via door dash, uber eats, etc. Also for the hot sauce fans, I highly recommend grabbing a bottle of the Roscoes Original Pepper Sauce, so tasty.
Came in town from Memphis for my husbands bday !!! Some of the best chicken I’ve ever had ! So good I didn’t even get a picture ? Forgot what this drink was called but it’s a must have??‼️
Great lemonade!!! Chick was good. Sides could use some improvements. Service was good. Love the atmosphere. Definitely gives you that home town feel. Support local minority business!!!
First off WOW! Best chicken and waffles I’ve had in my life and that is an understatement. Probably the best fried chicken I’ve had as well, keep in mind I had a chicken breast which tends to be on the dryer side but the fried breast here was JUICY. The seasoning on the fried chicken is a lick your fingers 10/10The waffle was on the thinner side, nothing crazy but it tasted great (it has a slight taste of cinnamon which I enjoyed) and pairs so well with the chicken breast.Ordered biscuits and gravy + Cornbread which was not good so don’t waste your time on these just go with the chicken and wafflesThe waiters were quick and to the point, no b.s. and really quick service 10/10 here as wellCan’t wait to come back again!
Food is absolutely phenomenal! Traveled to Hollywood from Philly for vacation & made a stop here. I ate there 3 times during my 7 day trip! Absolutely recommend & will return! The female working the register was extremely helpful to a “newcomer”. Love it!!!
