I wasn’t sure what I wanted at first from the menu because I don’t come here often and there was no one else in there. The girl instantly asked me if I had a pick up order and I said I didn’t then I continue to look at the menu and the two girls looked at each other and then looked at me and give me a ugly dirty look. I had the worst day and it looked like I had been crying before hand so wanted to get myself a smoothie to cheer my self out someone. Don’t need dirty looks from the the two Mexican girls when All I was trying to do was figure out what I wanted. Smoothies are fire but employees very rude. This isn’t the first time I also had heard about the employees at this location are not nice. Go to different location.
This place is Garbage, they cancelled my order 10 mins before it was supposed to be delivered by grub hub. I placed the order 4 hours ahead of time and they cancelled because they “were to busy”! More like forgot my order and used that excuse to justify and cancel my order. Don’t order from this location
Theres no parking here. They got my order wrong i specifically said no honey and they still added it so that was waste of 2 acai bowls.
Worst place to order anything period! This is the second time I order online and they mess up my order. The first time I went to pick up at the designated time and when I arrived, I still waited 15minutes!!! Today I was in a rush so I decided to place a pick up order for my boyfriend to pickup while I get ready. When arrived the guy says they had to cancel the order and he had already spoke to me because they weren't taking to go orders! Like whatttt!?! How do you not do to go orders at a place that only does to go?!? This place is a mess! Instead of offering other options he turned us away and continued to make other orders. When my boyfriend comes home without the smoothies he was under the impression that they had spoken to me because that's what the guy told him. I was extremely upset and confused. Not once did I receive a call nor did anyone communicate anything with me. So I decided to go drive there myself and speak to a manager. The kids at the place think it’s funny and don’t even offer anything else to help instead explains how the manager never placed ordered to go materials the night before so they’re out. But why not offer any other options? As a business serving customers you would think they would try their best to not turn people away or try to offer what they have available but instead he says the manager isn’t available and will be there tomorrow! Wow! Talk about rude and disrespectful.. of course there's no manager present AS ALWAYS... so now I'm in contact with corporate and I hope no one else comes to this place and also experience this nonsense because it's definitely not worth okay!!! This place not only lacks communication but also horrible customer service!
After I pick up my kid from school he always asks for a juice from here.Love the spot!This location in particular you place your order on a kiosk and an employee just gets the order and makes your drink, personally love the minimal interaction.Robeks over Jamba any day!!!
I loved this place until today! Paid $7 parking and didn’t make it on time as they closed over 15 minutes before closing time. Why have store hours if they’re gonna close when they feel like it? What a waste of time, money, and gas! Never again…
I’m a bit confused. Like is closing time at 7:30pm or ya’ll tryna be off by 7:30pm? I arrived 15 min before “closing time” and it was closed already! Ya’ll some lazy mf’s.I love Robeks but I don’t stand by laziness and lies. The least you can do is post the right operation hours so we save the trip and money for parking. SMH
