Fantastic! The seafood can't be beat, super fresh and delicious. The quality is extremely high. Also, their customer service is great. I had an issue with a recent order - one item was inadvertently omitted and wasn't sent. I emailed them about it and they issued a refund within 245 hours, no questions asked.I love this place. I'll be ordering from them for years to come. Give them a try, you'll thank me later!

Recently moved to the midwest from the west coast with no good options for seafood nearby. I have ordered from Riviera 2x and have really been impressed with the quality of the fish. I ordered superfrozen tuna and salmon. The taste and texture of the fish has been amazing. Fish is packaged extremely well and shipping has been prompt and on time. I plan to continue to order from Riviera.
Awesome products!! Its nearly impossible to find sushi grade fish here in northern MN so I was excited to find this place online! Not only is the fish premium quality but you can schedule your shipping, it arrives very securely packed and if you have any issues at all the customer service is outstanding!! Would definitely recommend trying it out. I was skeptical at first, getting fish in the mail, but now I have no qualms about splurging on some great food for a special occasion or just whenever the craving hits!!
Very high quality seafood! We tried the king salmon, uni, hamachi, and otoro. Everything was incredibly fresh. Can’t wait to order again soon!
Have purchased multiple times from Rivera Seafood Club, If anyone wants better than restaurant quality should really give River Seafood Club a try. They offer next day delivery (order, process, delivery) so total 3 days. The fish are amazing, very intense taste - much better than most restaurant's sushi or sashimi. but must make good defrost timing - too early (fish start to lose it taste) or too late (fish still tasted like ice).Their customer service also provide excellent service have got reply usually within 24 hrs. I am very satisfy with their products. Very Good.Highly recommended.
As a chef ...a former Tuna Seiner Fisherman...a Caribbean resident...and world traveler... I have very high demands as far as Seafood. I demand more than the Stater Brothers seafood section. Riviera consistently delivers a perfect product. I am a loyal client and will continue as such. Orders are well packed and always arrive quickly and Either Frozen .....or Fresh as I ask. I have no issue with "Out of Stock" and simply adjust my order....as if on a walk through a Fish market. One buys what has been caught that day. I will continue to order from them as my Go to Seafood source....My one regret is that there is no Swordfish, clams or Spiny Lobster Tails. But Can"t have it all.
I am a regular customer. The fish is responsibly sourced (an important consideration for me) and incredibly fresh (I am from Hawaii), and delivered to your door very quickly. I recently had an issue with FedEx on a delivery. I reported the issue, and they Riviera Seafood Club addressed it immediately (the delivery driver, who reported that he had attempted delivery but the address was closed, literally came back about an hour later). Excellent seafood, but even better is the customer service.
I'm thrilled that I discovered Riviera Seafood Club. I grew up a "fish head" -- a sushi and sashimi eating foodie in San Francisco...with plenty of access to excellent foods.I now live in the rural foothills of Northern California, so being able to order seafood of this caliber is a huge boon to my lifestyle. Their company is a product of our times...delivering incredibly fresh seafood throughout the pandemic is nothing short of brilliant.Long live RSC!
Fish is always fresh, even shipped next day to Arizona mid summer. Customer service is responsive and makes you feel like family, plus the selection has something for everyone. Cannot recommend enough!
