amazing dining experience. the staff was so kind to us, and seated us quickly. the timing, composition, and taste of all of the dishes were simply amazing. my favorites were the tuna and baguette starters, angelotti, and the chocolate mi-cuit (pazookie !).

Great dining experience. The food just keeps getting better. The duck, short rib and vegetable selections are wonderful. Great selection of wines by the glass too. Creative desserts.

We love République. The food is always outstanding and the wine list is extensive. Our server may have been new because he didnât seem well versed in the menu. As our dinner progressed he became scarce. Luckily the other server who brought us refills and utensils made up for it.
This place is amazing, the food, the service, the environment you name it, we ordered strawberry Tiramisu when it came out we all said 'wow'. Only thing we didn't try was the wine since we needed to drive after the dinner. For one day trip in the area, if you have 2 hours for dinner, this is the place to go.
