thick, fluffy, chewy, cheesy, crispy. deeelicious pizza. pricier than your average pizza but worth it, it’s such a treat. you also have to get one of their desserts while there—divine.
Best pizza in LA. + if they have their quiet storm pizza, you have to get it. It’s soooo good. Choc chip cookie is amazing too ?
I’m a thin crust guy but this was a pleasant surprise. It is thick but still super crusty (it’s just great bread tbh) and the sauce is amazing! They do a different pizza every now and then so that’s pretty cool if you’re looking for something new. Changed my pizza experience as I thought I wouldn’t go for this style. (returning customer) ?

This pizza is absolutely incredible! Extra fresh and cheesy, without too much crust or sauce getting in the way. If you're like me and don't like pizza crust all that much, you will LOVE the edges of these pizzas, which consist of hardened baked cheese. The corner pieces were extra desirable for that reason! One pizza is 8 slices, which is enough for 2 to 3 people, maybe 4 if you're not starting.Haven't tried the cakes yet but have heard good things, although they're a little pricey.This place started out as a pop-up and it still has that upstart energy and vibe. There's limited seating so consider getting it to go and eating at Elysian Park. Order ahead for a full pizza, or walk up for just a slice.

Absolutely looove Quarters Sheets Pizza. It had the perfect amount of sauce, spice, and flavor. I’ll definitely be back to try their other slices. Workers are super friendly and helpful too!

This is the best pizza in LA period. Billowy, thick crust with crunchy edges! I love all the flavor combos-- Pimento Grove is my favorite. Hello castelvetrano ! The desserts are amazing-- chiffon cake with not overly sweet but perfectly salted frosting! It's unexpected and delicious!
