I got a Thai tea and coffee milk tea so bomb. The young lady was so nice that took my order I wish I got her name but she did great keep it up beautiful

3 years later and the drinks are still the same. One thing I love about this place is no matter how many times I come here the taste never changes. One drink I absolutely recommend is the Okinawa. The Citrus passion fruit tea is also one of my favorites if you are looking for something refreshing. A must try.

Somewhat of a trendy looking place to get good quality tea near USC. The place had a minimalist interior design style. I really liked their lights with tea pots as designs.I got the Golden Phoenix Milk Tea with tiramisu pudding. It tasted pretty good. At first the tiramisu pudding overwhelmed the flavor but after a while you could taste the milk tea.Customer service was pretty straight forward. They will ask you how sweet you want your tea to be.Parking is adequate but gets busy.I will come back and try the other flavors when I get a chance. Although I wouldn't go here specifically just to get a drink of their tea, good thing there are a lot of other dining places to eat in the vicinity.

If I wanna get high, I buy a pot…of tea. YOLO. Pot of Cha (means of Tea) is a small new tea shop in downtown LA. They’re located in a small plaza on Figueroa street and W 30th street near USC. One thing that they boast about was with the quality tea leaves they used. They blend them into unique and delicious signature beverages. Moreover, their brewing method involves high quality tea leaves, clean water, proper tea containers, and the right temperature for each of our premium tea. I came here on a late evening and still flocked by young college students (see pic). It’s indoor vibe is modest and banal but whatever they lack in interior design they superseded it in their teas they serve. I was quiescent as I stare at their extensive menu list of bubble teas. I ordered the Hawaiian Green Tea with boba pearl. It was ridiculously good!! The tea flavor was excellent and the sweet boba pearls were soft and chewy. I was wrong to surmise at the beginning that they were typical tea shop. Prices were very affordable and competitive. Parking lot was small thus limited spot but I had no trouble finding a spot. Staff were competent, amiable and professional. Service was on point. Overall, it is my highest recommendation that you visit this tea shop.

I think it's a great consistent place to get boba! The tea and the boba are both good and it's consistent each time I get it. The only thing is that at night there is generally always a line because it's one of the few places open later and the best place around.

I actually really enjoyed this place due to the proximity to my apartment. Me and my roommates were regulars. However, the last time I went there my service was awful. First, my boba order was left to sit out for about 30 mins as they forgot to give me my order. Upon asking a red-headed with black roots working there if I could get another drink, she proceeded to roll her eyes at me. She had been rude to other customers before me as well. When I finally got my drink, I asked to speak to the manager and was met by a cold shoulder from both the workers and the manager. As someone who has worked in fast food and retail, ik that customers can be a pain sometimes. However, I also know that you can stay professional and keep your cool when working with customers. Pot of Cha need to teach this to their new hires, as those are the ones that have attitude problems. I won't be back and I'll be getting my boba elsewhere.

It’s the third time I’ve been there and their tea is pretty good

If you love Boba, this is the place you must go. Really clean, the employees are really nice, but there's no indoor seating.

Fast service, tastes nice, but a little too much milk in proportion to the tea.

I had a steak fajita burrito and it was delicious. ?
