I've been here many times before but today I came in just to find out that the small bowl it's smaller and more expensive, the lady that served me was rude, no professionally at all and the smaller the plate the less they serve you, barely got a couple of the different fish, I don't think I'm coming back here again, gonna look for another place to go to, I wouldn't recommend it to anybody.
I've eaten here many times and it's usually really good but the fish was spoiled this time. I called to let the manager know to stop serving it so customers dont get sick and asked for a refund, the manager was unapologetic and insisted it was fine as if I don't know the difference in taste from good fresh fish to bad spoiled fish. Terrible service!

Order 3 weeks ago 2 poke bowls and when I got home the rice was very cold and everything was just nasty. I don’t live around the area but when I return to work today 10/25/21 I called and mentioned about my bowl since I was in the area. The girls was so rude and I can hear them in the background laughing saying what’s the problem and regarding what they was going to say to me. She said that I waited to long and they can’t do anything about it. Don’t waste your time and drive to go there. The girls has a nasty attitude and the food is disgusting..
Was a little difficult to find, drove past it the first time. The service and the food was very good. The serving for a medium size was plenty.
The worst employees. They kept me on the phone for 20 minutes only to tell me that they don't do phone orders. Then we have to drive here to make the order. Then they tell me because I was on the phone with them for so long that they took their last order as I was on the phone with them. Sean is so rude I don't know why he's in the front. They closed the door on the people coming in as we were leaving out.. it was earlier than the time they close. If you're looking for a good place to eat, this isn't it. They treat they're customers so rudely is not even worth going in. If you're going to order order delivery so you don't have to suffer. WORST SERVICE EVER.
Went in here with my sister and the girl with the black hat and the guy named Sean were so rude. They had my sister on the phone for like 20 minutes. Then she asked for the manager and Sean told her to hang up. So we go there before they close and then they tell us they took the last order at 830pm. 30 minutes before you guys close you stop taking orders? We were leaving and more people were coming and they told them they were closed. A doordash guy was trying to pick up and they were turned away too. Dang Sean can you and the girl working close at a regular time... say the time that is stated on Google? I mean did you have something planned that you couldn't stay for the whole shift? ? does the managers know you guys are turning away customers 30 minutes before you close?
