I have been ordering food from this place since 3 years ago twice a month but unfortunately today they said the Chicken Kabob recipe was change well I called to make my complaint!!! The chicken was too hard like rubber no flavor at all... I bought 2 plates and went straight to the trash!!
Really awesome takeout! Loved the chicken shawarma and the veggie appetizer sampler was a nice meal in itself. Great for sharing and the person answering the phone was very accommodating.
We have ordered 20+ times from there but got a really poor experience today. One full meal was missing from our order, and instead the veggie soup I had ordered (from their menu - see image), I received a chicken soup. So we called to get it fixed and had to spend almost an hour on the phone to get them to refund the missing dish. They wouldn't refund the soup although it wasn't a veggie soup as listed on their website. Turns out they don't even have a veggie soup as listed on their site... And they don't care that the info is wrong. I am not sure what their problem is or if it's a new management but this was such an unpleasant experience that we will no longer order from there.
The food is very good. The customer service could be better but the food is delicious!
The lady with the long nails at the register was really nice with pretty nails. My food was good I got a falafel plate. My husband ordered a beef gyro but it was unedited due to the huge chunks of meat he couldn't even eat it he threw it away so that was $10.00 down the drain.
5 star visit for me and really glad I popped by. Their 'Veggie Plate' was delicious and very generously portioned.Inside the veggie plate is baba ganoush, hummus, tahini, tabolouleh, falafels and a mixed chopped salad. With Pita on the side. All really fresh and delicious!
I have bought a chicken kabob here a couple of times it was really good. This last time the chicken was white and pink in the middle after I repeatedly told the girl on the phone I wanted chicken extra well done.I called the restaurant and tell them, and the manager Damaris gave me plenty of excuses why the chicken was raw. She said I needed to drive back to the restaurant...five miles in the traffic so that I could get what I wanted. She also said I was mistaken, that the chicken was not raw..that it wasn't her fault anyway, but the cook's. I ate the rice and threw away the chickenReally bad service. Check your order really well before you leave because it's not their fault if you don't get what you order. But their customer service is rotten so why even bother to go there in the first place

A good food option if you're off LaCienega near the Kaiser hospital.. and you're craving Middle Eastern.
