We discovered Pink Orchid Bakery on our long walk to and from the Sprouts Farmers Market yesterday. Did not know about this place and it was a very pleasant surprise. Staff seemed to be very busy, but friendly. One of them, Zarina, took time to explain about their spinach and feta cheese pastries and patiently waited as I was trying to decide which one to buy. I thoroughly enjoyed orange juice that she made. Everything was great: both the savory stuff (spinach and feta cheese pastries) and the traditional middle eastern sweets, and especially the attention from Zarina, who stopped at our table to find out how we liked the food and to offer us some tea. I ended up buying more feta cheese pastries to take home, and today I ate one of them on my flight back to San Francisco. The only regret I did not buy more. I really hope to be back for more of this discreet, relaxing and delicious experience. Thank you!

The breakfast is pretty delicious and if you're persian its good to visit once you're in LA.

The presentation was good, but the flavors and the textures were bland and not our style. My friend brought 5 different types of cakes and other bakeries from this location. All of them were very bland. Nobody in the group knew what the cake was pistachio because it just felt like a plain cream cake with some color.

Persian style breakfast and pastries. You gotta hit this joint when in LA. Their Persian omelettes are juicy and delicious. Make sure to try the Barbari (Persian bread)

Amazing pastries with really friendly staff. We tried pastries I’d never had before and was impressed by them all. Thank you pink orchid, cheers!!!

The place was exceptionally busy for a Friday afternoon and was full of amazing cakes and delicious pastries. That tells one how good this place is. Regardless of how busy the place was, the server was nice, patient and prompt in helping us.The Khachapourie was incredibly creamy and savory without being overtly buttery. I will definitely have this again. The pastries we had were also very flavorful and had hints of spices and not just sweet. Also, I really liked the Armenian coffee. I don’t think I have ever had coffee that tasted this unique. If felt nice, warm and homely. I usually like my coffee really dark and bitter and this was not any of those and yet really good.I highly recommend this place if you have a hankering for good pastries and coffee.

Good Persian bakery. Been here a couple times and both times great.

A jewel of a bakery hidden in plain sight.

My favorite tea place in LA

Art in pastry form. Truly beautiful baked goods at affordable prices. Persian specialty's and the nicest staff around! Stop by if you have a sweet tooth.
