Delicious! Solid menu with healthy options. Best spot to eat at the row.
WOW!! Such unique flavor I've ever experienced!! The rice so innovative and the soy glazed chicken DELISH!!!!! Chicken tenders SUPERB! very light breading and no grease. Just super tasty and moist. Not like fried food at all Super fresh food, great portions, and beer. Priced well. Row DTLA is so cool and chill. 2 hrs free easy parking.
Very underwhelming. Chicken is dry, the mix of wing thigh and tender costs more but no value. Salad is just plain beets with plain broccoli. Sweet potato is also just steamed with sauce over. Not sure if this was a miss during slow lunch or if this is consistent. Wouldn’t go back
Great little location. I only ordered their fries. The sauces were amazing
I was pleasantly surprised the sandwich was good and filling. When you see any smell the sandwich, my first thought was looks healthy. Boy is it good. The fried chicken was just in point. Definitely a good place
One of the best in LA, authentic, always fresh, and awesome location???
A neat Japanese-style restaurant. I want to visit again with my friends and order a variety of food. It's good with lots of fresh vegetables.
Delicious little spot! We tried the chicken sandwich, both classic and spicy. Both featured lovely crispy, light fried chicken, sweet and tangy pickled vegetables, soft sprouts for a crunch, and a sweet toasted bun. The spicy had amazing flavor, but was fairly mild. Good sized and well priced. The seaweed salad was crispy and refreshing, and the dressing came on the side so you could control how much you liked. We also had the roasted sweet potato dish which was a warm and comforting bite. The yuzu-ade was a great balance of sweet and citrus. Staff was extremely friendly and the space is adorable.
The food is great, the space is great, and amazingly everything on the food menu (except the sandwich) is entirely gluten free. Great choice for celiacs - but watch out if they tell you their beers are gluten free, they are not, opt for wine.
LA is getting bloated with all these new fried chicken sandwich shops popping up everywhere (esp those Nashville style hot chicken). Not that I’m complaining ? but that’s why I appreciate Pikunico’s golden chicken sandwich, cause it adds something diff than every other place. The pickled daikon, the alfalfa sprouts, and miso jam—love the complexity of flavors and Asian twist. The yaki imo (sweet potato with crème fraiche) was also delightful.
