This was actually the first Pho place I had ever gone to and let me tell you, I was not disappointed! The food here is great, are usually get the rare filet mignon fish and it taste incredible. They also have some really good over teas and smoothies

My first photo experience it was delicious. I got the filet soup they recommended with bubble passionfruit tea.

Love the food of this restaurant and yet their customer service has great room for improvement. I placed an order through ChowNow, paid for the Delivery and tipped the driver, and received a confirmation of the time of delivery. Then, the food NEVER came. What did they do? NOTHING.Refund? In 5 business days. What a joke.

Lomo saltada dish was delicious!! (although a tad salty)Pho was a bit bland

A lovely place for pho! The food was hot and delicious. Not the best pho I've ever had but definitely in the upper half. The price is a little on the higher side. One bowl of pho and half an appetizer of spring rolls cost us $27.50 each. There are definitely cheaper options. The seating was the biggest downside for me as there was very little. Tables are a little cramped, the windows quite foggy, and in general it's claustrophobic atmosphere. Sitting outside is no better as the road is very busy.Service was friendly, place was clean. Altogether a nice experience.

Got some pretty tasty chicken bahn mi as takeout. Pretty good. It hit the spot. Some of my other friends were eating the pho - looked good, might have to try that next time. I’ll give the bánh mì a four out of five. Would like to try their beef. Support the local Vietnamese bahn mi restaurants.

The Sweetest Coolest servers! Yummy food. I felt like a blimp when I walked out, I ate soo much because it tasted so good. No regrets ??

The oxtail pho was pretty good, but I found the pho fax special to be pretty underwhelming, especially for the $17 price tag. It was missing some meat categories that was in the description, like tendon and meatballs. Great service and staff though.

The Saigon combo shrimp and meat was pretty good. You get a nice roasted flavor. The pho was horrible. The taste was bland and the pho was very lukewarm . We had the waiter take the pho back and reheat it but still came out lukewarm. Very unhappy because Saigon pearl is known for their pho. The out door seating was nice.

If you are lucky you will receive everything you ordered and the pho will not be unbearably salty. They seem to get it right about 60% of the time in our experience. After a long week tonight we picked up our order, brought it home, only to find that they left out the tofu from both meals. Then it turned out that the broth was so full of salt it was impossible to eat it. We tried several times. Added a full glass of water and it was still too salty. Had to throw out everything. We called them and told them about all this and they said they were sorry but there's nothing they could do as a struggling business. They said they can refund the missing tofus when we go in next time. There won't be a next time and the struggling business just lost a long-time customer which probably won't help the situation.
