Excellent boba, pudding, and quality flavors.
I've had a lot of boba in my life, honestly, this is probably one of my favorite places. I will note that I've only had the jasmine milk tea (but I try and get this everywhere I go so I can do an apples to apples comparison of different tea shops).Let me start with the service.. always friendly, always engaging, always helpful. It seems like the people there actually like working there -- it's funny how something that small can make such a huge difference.The tea.. it's strong, but not overpowering. There's nothing worse than a milky or watery or weak tea, you won't get that here. Strong flavor, tastes like I'm drinking a flower (a jasmine flower that is), just how I like it. The boba, it's pillowy soft.Nothing to complain about, everything to rave about. Give this place a shot.
When I went it was empty and the nice lady with the big jugs attended us and told me to get the horchata with coffee and wow it was so bomb!!! The boba is really tasty as well. Really recommend this place for the drinks and vibes ?
Ordered the breakfast burrito. It tasted way too clean and healthy. I like my breakfast burrito dirty and greasy. Cold brew coffee was good. Honestly I'm not sure if it's worth the premium price. But then again I'm content with dunkin coffee so I'm probably not the best measuring stick to use.
Great tea. Their honey boba balls are some of the best tasting I've had, and I've worked in a boba shop before. They offer lots of options for their teas and they offer snacks.
The people working there were so nice and patient and their drinks are amazing!! 10/10 I'd recommend! [[Also the layout of the store is nice]]

Great selection of coffee. Have been visiting Balcony for several years and glad it's still open for takeout.
I stop by here when I get my haircut. I always order their good, strong house coffee that doesn't irritate my stomach (like Starbucks!). I usually get my coffee at Coffee Bean or Peet's. Very nice staff too.
