Great Jamaican Patties, cool place with arts, friendly staff, reasonable prices and tasty food. I highly recommend it if you’re in downtown LA try it out. Won’t regret it.

I found Patties N Tingz passing by on 5th Street near Broadway and was I in for a big surprise! I bought 2 Mild Beef Patties & 1 Chicken. The Beef Patties have a mild, rich flavor with a little spicy flavor inside a light pocket crust which hold all the goodies inside. The chicken patty has a great, rich flavor inside the pocket as well. I've never been to Jamaica personally. However, your tastebuds will make you feel like you a took trip there! If you're in Downtown LA, definitely check them out!
The flakey crust, the bbq jerk sauce, the spicy beef patty, red velvet cake with Oreo frosting, even a vegan patty and vegan banana bread pudding?! I am forever a fan and will continue to support y’all :D

Im from NY and I aint ever had a patty (had the jerk chicken) and cocobread like them, the best Ive EVER had, the chimichurri sauce is amazing. I only wish I had more hands to eat more

I've been excited for this place to finally open and it was worth the wait. I may suggest ordering two per person though. Flaky pastry and juicy meat, really nice quality. The prices are amazing too.
