Overpriced. And they don’t have Wi-Fi available. Really disappointed.I ate a croissant and a cappuccino. They were good, but the variety of croissants was too small.I enjoy the place, but no Wifi+Prices don’t justify what I payed.
The customer service at this location is very poor! This is the third time I've been to this location and employees don't greet you, they are to worried about conversing with other employees, and have the most flat attitude when they actually speak. I'm seriously beyond disappointed! I love to come here for the macarons, but I guess I'll have to go elsewhere because the service is so unpleasant. They were out of bags for the treat counter at the front, and all I got a was looked at, and no one offered to assist. Super poor quality of service, they need more customer service training. They only received one star for the treats.
Finally I found a good baguette in LA. I moved here last year and have been trying different bakeries never finding the flavor, crispy outside, soft inside. This has it all. I just need them to open a location in Pasadena.
Limited quantities in this location but very clean and well kept. Excellent customer service and always delicious pastries ? ? ? indoor seating area available, only street parking and it was pretty empty not too many people for a Saturday afternoon.
I got a small cup of tiramisu and it was quite possibly the best I ever had. I travel a lot for work all over the country and I’ve had tiramisu MANY places and this takes the cake. I have to come back for the large cake of it!
I cant speak for the coffee here, but as for the baked goods. I wouldn't recommend them, the hashbrown and ham bread i ate was horrible. The chocolate and strawberry cake was meh, and way over priced. Would definitely skip!

Had to stop for a quick coffee break and my sugar fix. I was new to this coffee house but it did not disappoint. I had a nice strong coffee, pastry and fruits.I definitely recommend this place, I will come back soon enough. Very clean, covid safe and good ambience.Keep on eating and have fun!! #chicosreviews76
Placed order days ago for a pick up for a important event. Called and confirmed to make sure it would be ready and got a call a hour before saying they couldn’t complete any of the order or offer anything else
