I went there today the cook she was wearing a mask but her nose wasn't covered and she just kept sneezing, I just ask for a refund, I couldn't take that chance she might have the covid 19 ??
I don't usually leave reviews but the food was very bad. I had cat fish and shrimp and it was bad, no home made tartar sauce and the potato salad was awful too. I would never buy from there.
The fried fish was totally not as the fried fish as promoted in picture. Plus i was lure to the restaurant thinking of creole food but it was different.i think is a different restaurant in that location
I think most restaurants use some kind of inexpensive fish with the thought that once it's breaded and fried, no one will care. But the Slow Bell's haddock was thick, moist, and cooked just right. The fries were so good bare that I felt guilty using ketchup.
This place us the Louisiana Fish Market. Garlic butter, always garlic butter. Don't even think about getting another sauce. I like to split a halibut with garlic butter and fries AND the fried fish. If I can't get someone to split with me I get fish and Louisiana Fish Market on the side.

They have break sign from 4 to 5 pm. Its in accurate its really from 3 to 5 pm.
Yummy! Were they the best fish 'n chips I've had in my whole life? No, but they are definitely in the top 5. Well worth the hype!
I wish I had caught her name, but the British lady who takes your order is SUPERB. She's genuine and just brightens your day. Her customer service in itself made the experience worthwhile. On top of that - perhaps the best fish and chips I've ever had. The regular size is really adequate, so the junior would have even filled me up. You also can't beat that price. Wow. Just a great Fisherman's Wharf gem.
