I prepaid for my reservation of three people because I get it but to arrive on time and have to wait for 30 minutes before we were seated. I had to ask several times. When I asked what was the point of the reservation fee if they donât honor reservation I was dismissed. This was supposed to be a celebration brunch and my mother really wanted to sit inside the greenhouse but an extremely rude flamboyant black man kept dismissing and acted like they couldnât accommodate my party when I asked about visibly open tables that could fit 3 or 4 people. They were and extremely rude and felt like we didnât fit their aesthetic. I was disgusted by his attitude that I didnât even order and ultimately left because I didnât want to be there after such a horrid experience. Never going back there and no one should until they learn how to honor reservations or keep it for hotel guests only. After surviving several brain aneurysms, my mother needs to eat at a certain time so she ate. If I could give zero stars I would. Our server was sweet and tried to rectify the situation but the manager or lead host was a P.O.S! If I could give zero stars I would.
Fun lively place. Great cocktails, ok wine menu. Food was great !
Extremely loud and impossible to hold a conversation or order without yelling. Food was good but arrived at odd times (with some, but not all, mains arriving at the same time as appetizers) and drinks came so late that most of us had finished eating. Great food and beautiful setting but not worth the poor ambiance.
Brian, Camille & Dylan were AMAZING! Great food, great time.
Our server was delightful. She was very helpful with drink and food suggestions. Drinks were incredible! Starters, salad and veggies were yummy. The Braised Beef Palermo was so tender and the sauce was incredible. I highly recommend this dish, it delicious! Enjoyable evening!
The spicy eggplant was delicious, but does have a kick. The kale salad was nice with the apple slices and great dressing. The beef shoulder came with a great sauce and tasty sweet potato puree! Wagyu steak was tender and and cooked perfectly. We got there right at 530 so it was still warm out, however it was nice and refreshing inside. The plants are beautiful and def help with the comfort feeling. The service was good and welcoming. Would definitely go back!
The big plus is the beautiful dining room (both inside and also the bar which is out by the pool). No question this is a very pleasant place for a drink or meal. But be prepared for the $25 gin and tonic and dinner very likely > $100 per person if you are having alcohol. The food itself was uneven, with the sauce on the chicken too plentiful, too goopy and too sweet, though the chicken itself was perfectly cooked, moist and tender. Salads were very fresh and inventive but the mix of flavors didn't always come together, e.g. there was no synergy between the shishito peppers and apricots in their salad. I would love this place to do well; it's in a great, up and coming neighborhood. But I'm more inclined to go back for a drink or maybe to give brunch a try.
The reservation and checkin process was pretty disorganized and not pleasant which I feel set the mood. I donât appreciate being charged for reservations, especially when the restaurant isnât filled to capacity. There were many tables open the entire time. Not to mention that the hostesses were totally overwhelmed, even when they asked us to wait until we were texted for our table, when we came back to the podium once receiving the message, they barked at us asking why we were back. I mean, if 2 people canât handle seating then maybe they need to reconsider staffing.
Love the ambiance, killer food and amazing service!
Great food, drinks and amazing service! Definitely will be back!
