Horrible horrible and horrible!!!!! Of course it is busy so I was not upset when told it would be a 30 minute wait. When my number was called I went to pick up the order and it WAS GONE!!!! How do you allow people to pick up bags without checking receipts. All I got was a very poor apology from the manager and told I had to wait another 15 minutes for my order. Hope the food is better than the service! ?
Fast, great tasting, excellent customer service - except 1 little tiny thing, they don't give you a hot sauce or any sauce - unless you ask, so now I know this for next time!! I also did not see the hot sauce bottle so we can grab our own or the hot sauce packets. I just saw others asking for the hot sauce and that's how I knew and asked for just 1 and even then girl giving the orders seemed a tad bit annoyed? y'all keep up the great work because 99.9% of you are doing awesome and THANK YOU it was sooo good, filling and the hawaiian drinks in the can are deeeeliiicious!!!!!?
Good portions and quality of food
Coming around lunch hour can really delay your order. Parking is also limited and is usually filled up. The food is great, all the combo choices are solid and a good price. Consider ordering in advance, it's not good feeling waiting a long time for your order.
This was the first time I had this type of food and it was excellent. It was also so much that 2 people cold eat comfortable and still have some left. Would definitely recommend
The food must be amazing because I waited 20 mins past my Pick Up time for an order with DoorDash. The location is definitely a hot spot for young people as it’s in the USC Area. The restaurant was clean, the staff was very young… the cook was probably the oldest lol. My visit this day, the restaurant was packed and people were hungry. I didn’t see a public restroom..overall 4 stars.

Solid spot. But can get very busy, so it's best to order ahead!Don't go up to the right side of the counter if you've ordered ahead, just have your number ready on the left and wait for someone to help you!For those that haven't tried Hawaiian, it's certainly a new experience.
It's always a lot of people ordering from here, so with that being said do a phone order. Typical Wait time is like 15-20 minutes! I honestly I always get the same dish which is the beef barbecue plate with vegetables, white rice, macaroni salad, but it's fresh and delicious I must admit!!!!
