we ordered bbq mix and chicken combo, the meat tasted old and was very dry, the chicken seemed to be raw, they took a long time to deliver the food, the truth is I will not return to this branch
At this location Staff tries their best they are curtious ... Food is horrible, not much chicken, what was there was burnt. Got a kids meal the chicken was though...
The food is amazing but, unfortunately, the lack of personal make its service slow and, sometimes, they makes mistakes on the to go orders. Just be patient, employees there do their best to keep customers happy, but they are clearly understaffed.
Amazing food super fast service this place is my go 2 for Hawaiian bbq in Los Angeles. Consistent quality and huge portions it is our favorite.
I don’t know much about Hawaiian cuisine but I loved this restaurant. I order the Crispy Shrimp Keiki meal, Hawaiian Beef Matsubi, and the Hawaiian BBQ beef mini meal. The shrimp were fried to perfection, the beef matsubi were tender, and the Hawaiian BBQ meal was out of this world. I loved the flavors and didn’t find use for the side sauce. I was able to get my very picky best friend to try the food and she feel in love. I will definitely be back !

Worst customer service via phone. Called to see about modifying an order that was placed and the girl asked to put me on hold for a minute which turned into 7 and still no answer. Tried calling back on several occasions but the line is busy and hasn't changed in the past 20 minutes...
Disgusting food and incompetent cashier. Its not authentic just a food chain franchise with lazy workers and steamed meat! I would rather eat Panda. Wasted my money band terrible. Go to Fat Sals
Had the Kalua Pork with Teriyaki Chicken. It came with Mac and cheese, and sticky rice. I was in heaven, taste buds ? really liked it. Authentic Hawaiian ?
